We were not 30 miles out of Cheyenne. Yes, you read that right. They called dispatch and said they would bring a spare and get us back on the road. 2.5 hours later we were still sitting there with no spare or communication from the company. We ended up calling a cab company in Fort Collins who came and got us promptly and took us to DIA. I wrote the owner of Capitol Cab multiple times and received ZERO correspondence from them.
