They (driver brought along a companion) cleared off the coins and then drove me to the pharmacy...not a pleasant experience.

We were not 30 miles out of Cheyenne. Yes, you read that right. They called dispatch and said they would bring a spare and get us back on the road. 2.5 hours later we were still sitting there with no spare or communication from the company. We ended up calling a cab company in Fort Collins who came and got us promptly and took us to DIA. I wrote the owner of Capitol Cab multiple times and received ZERO correspondence from them. It was a full bus and people were sitting in seats in the aisle leaving open window seats for their bags. When other passengers got on they didn't move. One family had to put their child by himself a few rows up because no one bothered to give up their seat so that people could sit together. Also, this last ride to the airport was so cold that everyone, had their hoods up, hats/gloves on. Otherwise, It's an easy option and has worked out for us, so we will continue to use them.
