Since my pa jades are already packed up with a label I don't wait in a line. I just drop off and go. I can go on my 30 minute lunch break. Plus if I need pet supplies I can just go right next door. I assured him it was a good address. He then "overode" the computer. What I didn't know was that he put an incorrect address into the computer, NOT the one I put on the box. When the box didn't arrive, I looked at the receipt for the first time and realized the error. The store manager rectified the bad address by phone and it worked out fine. (The fix for the future is for the Clerk to read back the bad address OUT LOUD for customer review.)
