I gave up on trying to email the papers because the internet was useless. I decided to purchase a couple of items, but there wasn't a single person at the check out stand. There was one gentleman at the computer service stand helping another guest, but he, nor anyone at the printing counter acknowledged the long line of people waiting to be helped for a very long time. I was about to give up and walk out when someone finally came over - while also arguing with the computer service person about the line. When they checked guests out, it seemed they were very inconvenienced by doing their job. One girl came in either from her lunch or for the start of her shift and immediately began checking people out without even putting her stuff down first, which was appreciated, but I did feel bad for her. My second visit was better as the staff were a bit more friendly thankfully. Overall though, it is certainly not my first choice in FoCo for office supplies.

I could not be happier with the Pedestal Source!…read more I was awarded a prestegious honour by the University of Central Florida. For my support and boostership of UCF and the Nicholson School of Communications and Media, I was awared the 2024 AlumKnight award and needed a way to proudly display it in my home. Rhys and the entire team at Pedestal Source could not have been mode helpful! From the time I finalized the design and placed the order to the date that I actually picked-up the pedestal was less than a couple weeks (your mileage may vary ;) but fabrication on my project was FAST) and it was wrapped and packaged so that it made it home without incident! The statue looks great in my home and really does compliment the room as it showcases my award!

Some companies get service right. Some have the right price. Others have a great selection…read more Pedestal Source does all three. After purchasing a beautiful piece of Amanda Brisbane glass art, we knew we needed the right way to display it. I turned to Google to research pedestals for art work and one place kept popping up consistently: Pedestal Source. I scrolled their site, impressed with the range of products and with the tone of the site - personable, not slick and corporate-y. I did a bit more research and looked at several other companies but none felt as real as Pedestal Source. Pedestal Source provides an amazing array of pedestal choices as well as options to build a custom pedestal to your specifications. They also have quite an array of styles, materials, colors, lighting choices, and heights but the website makes it easy for you to select your options, see the cost and make any changes. I selected a clear acrylic waterfall pedestal and placed my order online. Confirmation process was quick, as was notification of shipping and a delivery tracking link (delivery was through UPS). After the order was confirmed, I had a couple of additional questions so I emailed the contact provided and received very prompt and very pleasant responses. My pedestal arrived this week and I was even impressed with the incredibly careful packaging - they not only bubble wrapped the pedestal but encased it in foam insulation within the shipping box. The pedestal arrived in perfect condition and is absolutely right for our piece of art. Pedestals are a highly specific product and you may never need one, but if you do, there's no need to go anywhere other than Pedestal Source. This company provides a great product with great service.

The black cartridge was out of stock and the aloof clerk said they HAD to special order it if i want to be contacted when they come in. So i did, and he insisted that i leave my old cartridges with him and they would call me when they would be in (2 days was the quote). Now three days later I call them and the person on the phone was clueless because he was from a different store and had to look around to find them. I work from home and need these for my printer, so 3 days down was an issue for me. I come in to pick them up and the clerk goes to ring them up and they were MORE than what i was quoted 3 days ago. Frustrated, I went to my local Office Max, described what brand my printer was and what the cartridge's looked like. The persons that assisted me knew immediately what I needed. I paid a whopping 9 more dollars than what I would have paid for re-filled cartridges that were mis-quoted to me. I popped them into my printer when i got home and they worked immediately! Moral of the story, don't waste your time here. Spend a couple bucks more to actually get good customer service from people that actually know what they are doing and want to help you.
