We visit Fort Collins every year for the holidays and when we saw this place I had to go in even though I maxed my budget already for the week. That was until I saw the perfect casual midi length sweater jacket. It was a white/grey/black knit blend and fit perfectly and goes with everything. I immediately purchased it because it was a sign from the universe I had to have it. Overall, the items are all quite affordable. I believe the jacket was around $72. The shop as a whole was crisp and clean with such a lovely selection of tops, jeans, jackets, accessories, and more. We spent some time chatting with the shop employee, who offered up some fun outing ideas for us during our stay. I can't wait to visit again and probably will poke around their online store too until we're back in CO again soon.

Over 20 boutiques in one small town. I really love the variety of clothes & accessories. I do regret that I ain't have anything from here. If I didn't see it myself, I wouldn't believe this shop exist in Fort Collins. But hey, if you are in Fort Collins, stop by there. You could spend $ 100 - 150, you would get high quality chic stuffs. It is hard to get this reasonable prices within Colorado. Locally owned. This town is always privileged. Boot your positive vibe with the staff or even she is the owner I am not sure. The sweet lady working there was super friendly, and when she asked if any of my purchases were gifts I was surprised when she offered to gift wrap them! My kids had a good time checking out all the neat things too, plus they have a bathroom which was very convenient for my 5 year old to use. I ended up buying a new sling bag/purse which seems very high quality, themed socks for my husband, a cute wine bottle topper that "chirps" when you pour the wine, and a "dammit doll" which I had actually been looking for one for a very long time and was super excited to finally find one! The reason why I wanted to do an update for Nepal Tibet Imports is that I just finished burning a wonderful series of incense from the Swagat brand. I had a package of Frankincense, Night Queen, India Temple and Sandalwood incense sticks. It is quite difficult to say which fragrance from this selection was my favorite. All of them were quite satisfying in burning and gave my house a refreshing spin with the fragrances with each burn session. I have to admit these purchases are a bit older ones (because I have a queue for what incense I burn, yes I know I'm making it more complicated than I should)and sometimes when burning old incense the sticks don't stay lit but I think I only had one out the four packages that did that so very quality made incense that lasts a long time... as long as you don't get it wet of course.

Last week on my lunch break I went into Blush Boutique Co on 8th st on Thursday, July 24 to shop…read morearound. I was looking to purchase something for my sister and my mom. This was my first time entering this store. I looked around and wondered through the store and I took some photos of some dresses I thought my sister would like, the lady who I became aware was the owner comes up to me and asks me why I had taken photos? That she always wonders why her costumers take photos. I responded with that I was just sending them to my family. She then returns to go into the back of the store to continue doing whatever she was doing. Which I thought the asking of that question was odd but I just brushed it off. I saw this golden pens that had a diamond on the top and it catches my eye. I grabbed one out of the cup and held in my hand because I was going to buy it but was waiting for the employee to return to the cashier to attend me, but she was in the back and I grew impatient and left the store, but before leaving I made sure to return the pen. (note that there were other people there too). Friday, August 2, I entered the store on my lunch break to essentially buy the same pen, because I thought it would be cute and fun to have. When I enter the store, there was a customer and an employee by the register which is where the pens do I walk around the store to wait for the customer to leave so I can buy a pen. I walked around the store to find the men section and while scouting through the shirts I find one that I liked and then the employee comes up to me and asked if I wanted to try it on, for which I replied with yes. I go into the dresser and tried it on and when I come out the same employee comes up to me and asks if I was in the store last week. I told her yes and then she proceeds to ask if they can check my fanny pack. I had a silent but confused reaction, she went onto explain that there was a pen missing and the owner thought that I had stolen it. My head went all over the place. Why would they accuse.me of stealing a pen without any evidence? I told the employee that I had not taken a pen. This person wasn't really assuring me. I hand her my bag and she asked me to open it for her, she looks inside and returns it. I continue to stay in the store and then I overhear that the same employee stepping out of the store, but I hear her talking on the phone with whom I assume is the owner, before she could walk out I hear, "Hey, the person is here ..." and in my mind I was like no way, are they really racially-profiling/discriminating against me? This was my first time encountering a situation in Greeley where I have grown up in. My first time where someone assumed I stole something base of the color of my skin and the race the I am. I stay enough to have the employee walk back into the store to ask her what is happening? She explains to me that there was pen missing and they assumed that it was me, and she told me that they have yet to check the security feed and that the pen could've been their fault because it could've have fallen somewhere. At this point I was done, I was mad and humiliated to find out that in the first interaction with me they assume that I was there to steal and it just made me uncomfortable to be with the toxic environment, so I told her again that I did not steal any pen. I told her that came back because I wanted to buy a pen and the employee asked if I still wanted to buy the pen, for which I said no and left the store. I will NEVER EVER EVER! go into a Blush Boutique ever again because of this awful, toxic and humiliating experience. I don't recommend going there.
