This review is specifically for The Cupboard's knife sharpening service…read more I had several issues with the service: I was told the sharpening would take 48 hours. No one contacted me within that timeframe, so I waited an extra day and called myself. Only then was I told it was finished. The knife came back with a burr on the tip that I had to remove on my own. A sharpening service should inspect their work and handle basic finishing before returning the knife. The knife was damaged, and nothing was mentioned to me. It looks like a mechanical sharpening tool was used, and it left a noticeable gouge in the finish. This is a $250 Benchmade pocket knife that was essentially like new. Overall, I'm very disappointed. The communication was poor, the knife wasn't ready when promised, the finishing work was subpar, and they damaged an expensive knife without acknowledging it. I only noticed the damage when I got home. While the knife still functions, it's extremely frustrating to have your property damaged and not be informed.

Felt it was because ethnicity was different. she went to get a manager and manager was beyond amazing. never questioned and was so sweet. It reminds me of a small-scale Ikea (the bottom floor of it anyway). They had a ton of Christmas decorations at decent prices. It was laid out well and organized. They have a large variety of home decor items and furniture. The lady I dealt with at customer service was nice and the pickup process was smooth. I would certainly come back for any home needs.
