I found this place off a Google search. I called spoke with the owner regarding g my battery issue on my sons computer and he was very knowledgeable. I was quoted approx. $150 to fix abs replace battery. When I arrived I spoke with Titus who informed me he was going to try a reset on the battery and see if that might help. I left it with them and didn't expect to hear anything for a few days, but much to my delight got a call in 3-4 hours. The reset had worked and Mac was charging like new abs that it was only costing me $55. Score! Great customer service and I will for sure be back with any other computer issues we come across. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place sucks. I took my PC in to get fixed and it took a month and a half because these guys don't know what they're doing. My monitors would turn off randomly. So I brought it in and they diagnosed it, they said I had a faulty RAM stick and that windows was corrupted. They took the RAM stick out and repaired windows after 2 weeks. I brought it home and the problem was worse than when I brought it in after spending $120. I brought it back and they couldn't find anything else wrong with it so they just guessed that windows was still corrupt. They said they could reinstall windows but that I would lose all my apps and data (I did). They tried to charge me an additional $175 even though my initial repair was under warranty. I talked to the owner who agreed to reinstall windows for free which was very kind of him. After they wiped my computer and reinstalled windows they looked over it again and finally found the problem with my computer. One of the wires inside was frayed and broken. So I had to order a 50 dollar part from Amazon and they installed it for me. Overall, their process is sloppy, and they have terrible communication and customer service. If they had done their job correctly the first time I asked them to fix it, the multiple repairs and month and a half of waiting could have been avoided. If you're looking for a place to waste your time, money, and energy, this is the spot for you. I've had better experiences with a guy working out of his garage. read more

Walked in with some overheating problems with my graphics card and rgb. Along with my new cooling system that wasn't functioning. They took care of it along with transferring all my data to a new SSD now I can turn on my pc and it takes no longer than 15 seconds to login and open a game or browser. read more

This place is AWESOME! My computer was dead with no power and I took it to Greeley Computer Services. I was very impressed by how professional the employees were. They had a small fee for preforming the diagnostics test and gave me estimates of what it would cost to fix my computer. I was called later that day and it was the power supply and thank God not the motherboard. They quickly found a refurbished power supply for my 10 year old Gateway tower. They told me that my hard drive had 80,000 hours on it and was preforming slow. Usually hard drive don't last that long and suggested I change it out for better performance. They also had the hard drive for my Gateway in stock. It took two days to get my computer back and it's running FAST! I didn't lose any data and the prices they quoted were very reasonable. I had an SD card that had about 700 photos on it, and I didn't have those photos backed up anywhere. This was a very big mistake on my part. Somehow I corrupted the SD card and I was devastated because I thought I had lost years worth of irreplaceable photos of my kids. These folks a are the BEST!! I've been having computer problems for several weeks. Mostly software. Finally got a major hardware problem- on phone gave great advice and now in person wonderful service. Immediately diagnosed the problem and gave great suggestions for getting out of the problem. Prior I went to one of their 'geekie'' competitors who didn't do a thing and even sent me to do my own legwork. Turns out I didn't need to do what I did or the money I spent! I took my husband's new laptop in to have it setup as I didn't have time during the holidays. Along with it, I left my perfectly good, working HP laptop to copy files from. Mostly pictures and Word files nothing extensive. They "checked the hard drive" on the old laptop to make sure it was in good, stable condition for copying. "No Problems" they said, should be done the next morning around 9:30am. I called several times the next day and was told it was still downloading.... I finally got a call at 5pm it was ready. When I arrived the tech said the new one was setup on the counter and we'd need to finish the software install with my passwords. The next question floored me. Do you want us to "DISPOSE of your OLD COMPUTER"? I'm sure the look of horror in my eyes scared the guy. I said, NO! it was just here for copying files. Well, by this time I was in a panic! He said he would need to "put it back together". I tried to open files on the old computer and nothing would open. It was if they had removed the Windows operating system, or something?? He finally said it must have a virus and they'd have to look at it. After paying $124 for the new computer setup, I left in tears worrying all weekend about my old laptop. Kim left me a message on Tuesday that my laptop was highly "infected with viruses" and they needed to remove all my files and reinstall them after they installed Windows 7, as my computer was not equipped to operate on Windows 10 - which is what was on there when I dropped it off. And, since I had just had the other computer in they would gladly fix this one for $100! Feeling like I had no other choice, I said go ahead. Since I picked my old computer up it runs much slower and many of my saved email files are gone. I will look else where the next time I need computer assistance. Oh, and as a footnote- when I was having my meltdown with the young tech on the first day, another gentleman came in with his laptop that he'd had there the day before and it would no longer connect to the internet. He couldn't even get it to work when plugged directly to a modem. He was told to leave it and they would look at it as, "that's strange"! read more

We love Greeley Computer Services! The staff have always been helpful to us and Ryan is a computer guru! If he doesn't know the answer, he will find it. When we call and need assistance, the are typically able to come in same day, and when they are terribly busy, usually the next morning. We have had issues ranging from Outlook not operating correctly, to setting up a new router, to IMAP errors, and computer backup.
