This screen in particular is a touchscreen so it's hard enough to find people who can work on those without messing them up and even harder to find people who charge a decent price. I found Sam through a fun game of telephone tag to get ahold of the only guy in town trusted with touchscreen laptops and I am so happy I found him! His quote was extremely fair and the final price was exactly what he quoted me. So, I took my PC to The Computer Guy (TCG) and he says my PC is fine and wants $30 for the diagnosis and another $300 to install a SSD hard drive. My PC is not fine, it takes almost 15-minutes to reboot, is slow and Outlook is not working despite reinstalling it and changing the email password multiple times. TCG said my Outlook problems was a GoDaddy issue (they host the email through Microsoft) so yesterday I spent 4.5 hours working with GoDaddy and they eventually said it was a hardware problem, exactly what I told TCG GoDaddy would say. I'm now hiring another IT company to remotely access my desktop and help me find a solution. What really bothered me about this situation was TCG asking me technical questions over my head when I am not a computer expert. It was like going to the doctor complaining about a pain and being told there is no problem because I don't know the cause.
