A little background about me: I'm an IT Professional myself with experience in the Computer Repair industry. Now mostly in software development, but when my daughter's laptop started having issues that I suspected were Hard drive related, and me not feeling like going DIY on this (just didn't have the time to buy hard drive, figure out how to crack open laptop, replace HD, re-install windows 10, etc.) I opted to find a good repair shop in Loveland, so I came here and was not disappointed :-) Prices were reasonable considering the work done. Job was done right the first time, HD is cranking like never before, their employees were friendly, seriously what more could you ask for. Wholeheartedly recommend this place and would come back again!

Recently, we experienced a horrible fraud episode which was devastating! I contacted All-in-One and they completed diagnostics on our computer system. They really went through our system with a fine-tooth comb and removed all suspicious activity. I can't say enough about how both David and Robert helped us. They are professional, ultra knowledgeable (about all things computer), and very understanding. They taught us so much about security. They go above and beyond what computer services an individual gets at one of the local box stores. Thank you so much for your help and giving us peace of mind. We will ALWAYS use your services. I thought it was quite possibly the death of the computer, but an employee diagnosed my problem as a dying fan within a minute of seeing my laptop and hearing my story. They were able to order a replacement fan and install it for around $65 and the whole ordeal only took from the Friday I dropped off the laptop to the following Tuesday. They were very straightforward and got the go ahead from me for every additional cost fixing my laptop would require. No surprises. This is a responsible, trustworthy place to get your computer fixed. I am so grateful that they saved me from dropping $1500 for a replacement laptop all over an easily-replaced, dead fan. I'll be sending anyone I know with computer problems here in the future.

So, I took my PC to The Computer Guy (TCG) and he says my PC is fine and wants $30 for the diagnosis and another $300 to install a SSD hard drive. My PC is not fine, it takes almost 15-minutes to reboot, is slow and Outlook is not working despite reinstalling it and changing the email password multiple times. TCG said my Outlook problems was a GoDaddy issue (they host the email through Microsoft) so yesterday I spent 4.5 hours working with GoDaddy and they eventually said it was a hardware problem, exactly what I told TCG GoDaddy would say. I'm now hiring another IT company to remotely access my desktop and help me find a solution. What really bothered me about this situation was TCG asking me technical questions over my head when I am not a computer expert. It was like going to the doctor complaining about a pain and being told there is no problem because I don't know the cause.
