There are always coupons available online that you can use in store -- most of them are 40-50% off of a single item, or 25% off your total order. I wouldn't shop most of the items full price, but, luckily, I don't have to with all the discount options available. (For example, I recently bought several frames at 50% off, and bead strands 50-75% off.) I generally shop here when I can take my time to slowly browse, and so I don't often seek out interaction with employees outside of checking out. My experiences with them in that capacity have been fine. I chose four out of five stars because there are occasionally times when something is off or a bit of a bummer. Things like expired sale signs still being up, or clearance stickers and sections being unclear or hard to navigate. I've learned to just take a little extra time in reading signs, tags, and stickers of items I purchase.

The sweet lady working there was super friendly, and when she asked if any of my purchases were gifts I was surprised when she offered to gift wrap them! I wasn't even charged extra, and she did a great job making my gift of Colorado socks for husband look extra special. My kids had a good time checking out all the neat things too, plus they have a bathroom which was very convenient for my 5 year old to use. I ended up buying a new sling bag/purse which seems very high quality, themed socks for my husband, a cute wine bottle topper that "chirps" when you pour the wine, and a "dammit doll" which I had actually been looking for one for a very long time and was super excited to finally find one! The store itself is rather small and is laid out more for cropping sessions than filled up to purchase stuff. There is a small selection of paper, pre-made layouts, and other stuff you can use on your layouts (paints, for example). I spoke to Kim and she was very nice and helpful. It sounds like they have regular cropping sessions and classes available every month. It's nice to be able to learn different techniques from different instructors. If I lived up here, I'd be interested in going to one of their cropping sessions or classes.
