I'm handicapped and usually walk with a cane. But if I have my doggy stroller (with my Cooper in it) I can skip the cane. We were greeted by a sign at the front door: No Pets Allowed. At a kitchen/bath store? So we zipped up the stroller so Cooper was not exposed at all, but got stopped as soon as we entered. Is that a dog? I explained that I didn't have my cane, and they said if he barks you have to leave. He didn't. Do you have a reservation? No. They reluctantly let us in. We looked around, no prices on anything. We had questions, but no one would help us. We left. A couple weeks later we went back - without Cooper. Still no reservation. Thank God I heard about Dahl Showroom! I spent time getting educated by Peggy Johnson, who was friendly, patient and informative! A few days later we both went back and with Peggy's help we ordered everything we needed for a great new master bath! At Dahl's we felt like valued customers, even before we knew for sure that we would be ordering there! At Fergusons, we were made to feel like low-lives who didn't deserve to shop there!
