Our friends recommended we get in touch with Park Flooring for the project. Everything about the process went well from the site visit, to the selection of the product and the installation. In my opinion, this is a horribly run business. We had a bathroom remodel done about a year ago…read moreand had nothing but trouble. The original project manager was fantastic and then he left the company (we wondered why?). The new project manager didn't know much about running a project or coordinating work. I don't believe he knew the correct end of a screwdriver to use. He changed the original contract that cost us a lot more in the end, increased prices on all the products we purchased and was terrible on relating pertinent information. There were delays in getting the project completed, the hired help were great, but the management was awful. Not only deceitful, but no integrity or honesty. We've dealt with various contractors over the years, but in my opinion, Kingswood Home Services of Estes Park was the absolutely worse. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot say enough about how communicative and helpful Build Old School was. The basement is beautiful!!! We had several other things that needed attention (having nothing to do with the basement) throughout the project. I remember Ray telling me when I first asked him if he could hang a chandelier on the main floor: " We take care of our clients." He followed through on that many times throughout the project. He goes above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone.

Would definitely work with them for future projects.

We had several problems with installation and The Artisan Shop did a poor job of communicating and standing behind their cabinets. We used another cabinet company to build our bathrooms, entertainment centers and utility rooms and we were completely satisfied with them. We will not use the Artisan shop again.

Was told they would not make a specialty cabinet for me unless I bought a "bigger package" (whole house since its new construction) Even though they were substantially more expensive and pressured me to sign a contract before they would finish the cabinet designing process which means I didn't even have a total dollar amount!! Update: I was pleasantly surprised I had a personal phone call from the owner of the company who was following up on reviews. I did appreciate this and he offered to help us resolve this situation with a different designer. I know this company does above standard work and it's sad how 1 employee can have such a negative impact on the reputation of a company. I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars since I did receive this call and I will consider revisiting with a different designer.
