The fence needed replacement but he told me why, and showed me what was going on so I could understand why. His communication skills are excellent. He called the night he was going to look at the job to tell me he would be a few minutes late because he got caught in traffic. All other days he was here on time, ready to work, and that's what he did. And he gave me a 2 1/2 day time for completion, but it was a little less than 2 1/2 days. His work ethic is excellent, and the job he does is amazing. The fence is beautiful, straight, and really nice looking - it's going to last a very long time. He will tell you the materials he will use, and why they are going to provide a better built fence, or whatever you have him work on. He's for the customer and wants your experience to be pleasant and he really wants you to be happy with the end result. I was, and I am looking forward to having him do some more projects for me soon. He is going to help me make them a reality, when I thought I might not be able to do soon. I can't wait!!!!!
