This is my fist Yelp review ever, but felt compelled to share my disappointment after shopping there yesterday afternoon, walking around the store with an arm full of clothes, no other customers in the store yet I was never asked if I needed a dressing room. Took it upon myself to get my own dressing room, tried on 10 items, walked out and 2 employees were standing in the doorway to the dressing rooms talking and didn't acknowledge me. In todays world stores are closing daily due to more internet shopping. I personally committed myself to do my Christmas shopping in Fort Collins this year, but will share with my husband to buy any Athleta items online instead of from the Fort Collins Athleta.

In the meantime my dog was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and had to have his leg amputated on top of my daughter and I getting sick. Today was literally the first day I've been able to take a break for caring for my dog and finally return the dress with a receipt. I wasn't expecting cash back but at least store credit. Because I was 3 days late they offered to give me a credit for what the dress is worth now which was $13.99 and I paid $29.99 originally. I had a receipt and explained the situation but the cashier was callous. I kept the dress and I'll give it to someone but they will never ever have my business again!

Take $10 card (you get $10 off for filling up a punch card, you get one punch for every $10 you spend), a coupon (20% off) and an awesome clearance sale (take an additional 40% off marked prices). Only problem I've had so far? Occasionally they forget the anti-theft devices.
