First off, this shop charges less than big names such as Jared who informed me they would take a week and I would not receive my gold for the small resizing back so that 1 star comment is completely false, this shop charges below rate for high quality service. I was charged $70 with this shop while Jared tried to charge me $110. Second, to remove a star for political views hurts the business that this owner had put his blood and sweat into making. I am a rapper from California who is neutral and I base my reviews off work, not that pettiness. All in all, this shop is one of the best gems I've found in this small city since coming out here from LA three months ago with a highly professional owner and I would most definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

When I initially called, the staff was dismissive, which led me to leave a Google review. A manager later reached out, apologized, and asked me to remove the review in exchange for correcting the issue. Now, just a few months later (July 2026), I am experiencing the exact same problem. I called again and was met with the same dismissive attitude. When I requested to speak with the manager I had previously dealt with, she did not recall the situation--even after confirming she is the only manager at this location. I had to fully re-explain everything, including the original review and resolution. I was told that the longevity of rhodium plating varies from customer to customer. As someone with extensive professional experience in a detail-oriented industry, I take proper care of my jewelry--I remove my ring when cleaning and showering. There is no reasonable expectation that plating should deteriorate this quickly under normal use. This experience reflects a consistent lack of accountability, poor service, and questionable quality of workmanship. Based on repeated interactions, I cannot recommend this location to anyone who values their jewelry or expects professional, respectful service. If you'd like, I can make a slightly more aggressive version or a toned-down, more diplomatic version depending on how strong you want it to come across.
