I had my engagement ring resized at this location in February, and by April the rhodium plating had…read morealready worn off. When I initially called, the staff was dismissive, which led me to leave a Google review. A manager later reached out, apologized, and asked me to remove the review in exchange for correcting the issue. Now, just a few months later (July 2026), I am experiencing the exact same problem. I called again and was met with the same dismissive attitude. When I requested to speak with the manager I had previously dealt with, she did not recall the situation--even after confirming she is the only manager at this location. I had to fully re-explain everything, including the original review and resolution. I was told that the longevity of rhodium plating varies from customer to customer. As someone with extensive professional experience in a detail-oriented industry, I take proper care of my jewelry--I remove my ring when cleaning and showering. There is no reasonable expectation that plating should deteriorate this quickly under normal use. This experience reflects a consistent lack of accountability, poor service, and questionable quality of workmanship. Based on repeated interactions, I cannot recommend this location to anyone who values their jewelry or expects professional, respectful service. If you'd like, I can make a slightly more aggressive version or a toned-down, more diplomatic version depending on how strong you want it to come across.
