She found one and i did not like the dimensions. I wanted it to fit exactly like my other stone so we told her when she found one to let us know. A couple of weeks later she called us and let us know they got a diamond in that was a perfect fit for us. We drove to the store all excited from north Ft Collins and when we got there she was gone as she did let us know that. The lady pulled out a copy of a paper of the exact same stone that she showed us before that i did not like. And it was not even in the store as she had said. REALLY? WHY? why would she call and say they had a diamond for us to look at when they did not. Dont lie to make money and leave other people to take the blame. When I initially called, the staff was dismissive, which led me to leave a Google review. A manager later reached out, apologized, and asked me to remove the review in exchange for correcting the issue. Now, just a few months later (July 2026), I am experiencing the exact same problem. I called again and was met with the same dismissive attitude. When I requested to speak with the manager I had previously dealt with, she did not recall the situation--even after confirming she is the only manager at this location. I had to fully re-explain everything, including the original review and resolution. I was told that the longevity of rhodium plating varies from customer to customer. As someone with extensive professional experience in a detail-oriented industry, I take proper care of my jewelry--I remove my ring when cleaning and showering. There is no reasonable expectation that plating should deteriorate this quickly under normal use. This experience reflects a consistent lack of accountability, poor service, and questionable quality of workmanship. Based on repeated interactions, I cannot recommend this location to anyone who values their jewelry or expects professional, respectful service. If you'd like, I can make a slightly more aggressive version or a toned-down, more diplomatic version depending on how strong you want it to come across.
