Great experience, was able to resize my ring in 1 day and give me the piece back since I sized it smaller, fixed my watch for my rapper gigs, and also fix a necklace for my mother. After reading the comments and experiencing the service for myself while also seeing another client in the shop, I was able to see that the owner and smith of this company was super awesome and patient with all his clientele. First off, this shop charges less than big names such as Jared who informed me they would take a week and I would not receive my gold for the small resizing back so that 1 star comment is completely false, this shop charges below rate for high quality service. I was charged $70 with this shop while Jared tried to charge me $110. Second, to remove a star for political views hurts the business that this owner had put his blood and sweat into making. I am a rapper from California who is neutral and I base my reviews off work, not that pettiness. All in all, this shop is one of the best gems I've found in this small city since coming out here from LA three months ago with a highly professional owner and I would most definitely recommend it to my family and friends. read more

I walked in with two necklaces that I needed shortened. Walked out 15- 20 minutes later with links removed and the rings resoldered. I didn't bother to price shop so can't compare. I was happy with the result but will probably get a few more bids if I have similar projects. I stopped in this shop to take a peek several months ago and was pretty much ignored as a customer, even though I was the only customer in the building. After several minutes, the Jewler's wife who runs the main desk walked up to the counter. She is rude and seems to have an attitude that the customers are somewhat like peasants coming in to look at their treasures. I asked questions about their rings on display and the price range. She wasn't able to give me the cost of anything on display. I asked if they had any cushion cut diamonds, she replied that they could order one in, I asked for the price, she said, "it would be a small fortune." I asked again, do you have a ballpark figure? She replied, "it would cost around a thousand." What kind of shop doesn't give you prices on their merchandise? Rediculous! I will never go to this shop again. read more

I needed to be sized for a ring that is only available online and she started complaining that we are the reason that small business aren't able to stay open. I had some repair work as well but decided to go elsewhere for it. The small businesses that are friendly to customers and carry items that are desirable aren't struggling. Went in to have a necklace latch soldered. I got it back, was charged 30.00. the chain was still broken and rough and pulled hair out of my head . I took it to another jeweler in town ( who charged me 18,00)-- he clipped the rough end and soldered it and did an extremely good job. read more
