Kohls has become awful. Contacted customer service and was on the line for over 30 minutes just to find out if an order was ship to store or ship to my house. Pretty simple question. Kept getting different answers. If you try to give feed back on their app if puts you in a loop so you can never leave feed back. I know they have done this on purpose so you can not leave negative feed back. Post on yelp or Google so your feed back actually counts. I will definitely limit my shopping at Kohls as I know many people have already done. Very poor excuse for a business1!! read more

Went in to the store to get an item returned. Went to the customer service desk at the back of the store. CLOSED. So, you're supposed to go to the front of the store and go to the register. The line at the register was the entire serpentine area and out in the aisle. Only 3 or 4 registers (about half of what is available) were manned, while the line was long. Just not good enough. Wish I could give this place a zero after today. Literally paid for my stuff then walked into Sephora cuz my daughter was in there shopping she bought her an eyeliner. Walked out and was accused of shoplifting literally with my receipt in my hand from Sephora and kohls. The guy at the door even took a pic of me and I walked back confronting him and he was making an excuse that someone else stole before I walked out and they was trying to get a pic of them. I wish I could give 0 stars I wish I could give 0 stars, but don't have that option. I tried to get into my account online as I usually do and it would not let me in. I called to get help and was told that my husband was primary and he had to log in. I have had this card for 28 years, always paid my bill right away and now I can't even access my account. Very poor customer service and did not help at all. Cancelled my card and my account. Their merchandise has gone downhill for the last few years and adding Sephora to their stores is ridiculous. Very disappointed with Kohls and will not be shopping there anymore. read more

Went to the Sephora at his location and the older red headed lady was incredibly rude. Could not explain to me why a 3.5oz bottle of Dry Bar dry shampoo was the same price as the 7oz? When I showed her the Sephora site she said "Well order there then." Ridiculous to be charging literally double the value of a product just because it's a Kohl's. read more

I don't think I know a person who buys at Kohl's regular pricing, which I don't quite understand. Every Kohl's shopper is trained to wait for sales and/or Kohl's dollars...it seems to be an odd way to run a business. Training loyal shoppers to be cheap. That said I too like a bargain - I just don't want to fell ripped off next time I come in and see my shirt 75% off that I paid full price for. AND THAT is how Kohl's shoppers are trained. If it's not on sale - we don't buy it. But I guess it works for them or why would they keep doing it year after year? I do wonder if maybe they didn't always go for the bottom line they could hire enough people to man the sales floor & cashier. Maybe they would be able to keep employees longer, offer better more regular hours for employees which keeps them happier at their jobs, and of course buy better quality goods & up the shopping experience in general. I really don't see much of a difference between Kohl's or T J MAXX, or Marshall's & to tell you the truth I normally shop all 3 on the same shopping day, at least TJ's & Marshalls are honest about what they are selling & how they sell. Some times it's nice to have a department store experience, knowing you are looking at higher end brands made with detail & quality...that's not Kohl's. Macy's might be the closest we have in the area for that experience but even Macy's falls under the big box shopping "feel". I dont know....maybe I'm just sick of big boxes & shopping in well lit cement warehouses. read more

I went to find a coat today ... 40R coats on 46L hangars, 46R coats on 34R hangars -- you name it ... you can never find an associate ... just a bad experience .... ended up going to Men's Wearhouse and spending $300 because the selection at Kohl's was so awful (and impossible to find the correct size ....) .... no more! read more

Today I spent about 30 minutes with Kayla in customer service. I wanted a pair of shorts and the Loveland store did not have my size. Kayla patiently called both the Longmont and Greeley stores to try to find the shorts in the size and color I wanted. The stores' inventory showed they had them, but the folks at the other stores could not actually get their hands on the shorts to make it worth my drive to go get them in either place. SO, in the end Kayla also helped me order the shorts using my Kohl's app on my phone, she helped me with every step, and had a smile on her face the whole time. I find the people who work at the Loveland Kohl's to be just wonderful. The best costumer service of any store I in which I shop. Thanks so much Kayla! read more

Wish they could organise their bra section better. Nothing is hung by size, everything is just shoved on the racks. The racks are so close together it is crazy, good luck if you're in a wheel chair or have a stroller. read more

This location is poorly run. It's always filthy, clothes everywhere, minimal employee coverage even on holiday weekends. Two cashiers & a 10 person line & no other employees around to ask for help. read more

My daughter was hired to work there. She worked two days and has called them six times to find out about more hours and has heard nothing. Apparently the person answering the phone won't leave a message for management to call her and the person they say she should talk to is never there. Pathetic. read more

What a disaster area. Only decent looking department to browse was the little girls section. Very un-Kohl's like. I have been to a lot of them and this definitely rated at the bottom for organization. I will say the service people were very nice and seemed professional. A recent order I placed on line was accidentally sent to my daughter's old address. I went to the old address and was told that they were out of town and no packages when they returned. I called kohl's and waited 10 mins for someone to talk to. That person could not credit my account so asked to speak to his supervisor. I was very polite. He stayed on the phone and apologized for the wait and finally transferred me. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. I know this was on purpose. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and never again. I just wanted to speak with someone but they chose to ignore me. I was pleasant and just hoping for either a credit or gift card but they chose to ignored me. Worse customer service EVER! Good By Kohl's FOREVER! Just to let you know. My complaint is I was transferred to a manager after the customer service rep said he would have to transfer me to his supervisor and then was on hold for over 30 minutes. I love shopping with Khols, they are one of my favorite stores to shop at. BUT DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM. ONLY BUY YOUR STUFF IN STORES. I have just recently ordered 2 pendent necklaces from khols, and usually when I get jewelry it's in its own little bag or box. When I opened my box from khols the 2 necklaces were laying freely on the bottom all tangled. It took me 20 minutes to untangle them. And then, after I began taking some of my other items out, I noticed one of the necklaces was broken, a bunch of the pieces were rolling around in there. And the cherry on top, one of my shirts still have the security thing connected to it, so now I can't even wear two pieces I had ordered from khols until I get in store. When I went to go check to see who loaded my box up with my items, it turned out to be the Loveland Khols. And either they saw the broken necklace, and how the necklaces were packed, and security thing in my shirt and they were too lazy to care OR they were too lazy to pack my items correctly. The only reason why khols didn't get a one star is cause everything I ordered came in. read more

My worst experience to kohls ever. This was my first and last time to this store. I wasted over an hour of my time trying to buy a griddle. I was a abandoned by customer service standing there for 20 mins waiting for someone to come back to help me. The kiosks were both broken as usual, they are always broken. Also they have lots of displays that do not have the product in stock. Also they haven't had them in stock for a long time. This makes no sense at all, why would they false advertise and then just be lazy and not fix it. I wasted an hour of my day and came out with nothing expect frustration. The next person will run into the same issue because they put the griddle right back on the shelf for display with no product to sell! Avoid this store. read more
