You can tell a person is skilled when they are passionate about their work. He explained that the components inside the port are delicate, so even though he worked quickly, he cautioned against customers attempting this themselves, as it could cause irreparable damage. His shop was busy, and I noticed the returning customers--one of them picking up a child's gaming console--seemed very satisfied. 10/10, I would highly recommend this store.

Myself and husband were out of town, so our older daughter took her here, as they are conveniently located inside the Greeley Mall..... when we found out it wasn't an actual store, just a guy with a kiosk, we were apprehensive, but they tried it anyway. Our daughter used her own allowance to pay for the "repair," and in addition to paying for new glass, she also purchased a screen protector, both were overpriced in comparison to other similar, legitimate repair shops. After approximately 2 weeks, the glass started cracking around edges and continued to get worse over a period of days and then the screen started to lift, and while we could see the information on the screen, you could not do anything as the NEW glass was beginning to lift! I took the phone back to the kiosk with the expectation that I would speak to someone with integrity and pride in his work.....NOT THE CASE! There was no attempt made on his part to make the situation right, the screen lifting was a result of his not knowing what he's doing. I even spoke with an associate at Batteries Plus, they are located near Kohl's at Centerplace, the associate knew immediately which kiosk clown I was talking about and stated that they have FIXED a LOT of his messes! Do your research people. Make SURE the businesses you are supporting warranty their work.

Seriously a great customer service experience. But, well, I didn't go to CPR to hang out with nice people, I went to get my screen replaced. When I first came in, I was quoted a specific turnaround time, and I decided to stick with CPR because, even though that turnaround time wasn't ideal, it was workable. Given that the broken device was my Mac, which I use for work as a freelancer, every day I had to wait for the repair cost me money, but I understand that repairs take time. Unfortunately, the promised date came and went, and my device wasn't fixed. I gave it an extra two days, then checked in again--and my device still wasn't fixed. When it was finally ready, I dropped everything to pick it up, then drove home to test it...and it wouldn't work. It turned out that they had messed up while reassembling it, and I had to take it back in to fix their mistake--but the tech was heading out for the day, so I had to wait until the tech came back in the next day. Another day of lost work. On top of that, due to CPR Loveland's location in Centerra, there's an additional tax on all purchases that really adds up on costly repairs like, say, a Mac screen repair. In fairness, this is noted on a small flyer in the store, but I would definitely have appreciated it if it had been noted during my initial quote, because it really adds up! In sum: Absolutely nothing against the folks at CPR personally. But if you're looking for timely, effective, affordable work from a store with clear communication, this might not be the place for you.

However, when I told them to test the device, it failed to charge twice. The manager had to come in and show that the device could charge. One day later, I try to plug it into the dock and nothing. Seems that they repaired the charging port enough to take charge but not send data. While they haven't done terribly, I am disappointed in their service and will look to other competitors.

Based on apple's policy for anywhere that fixes a phone it needs to be up to their standards. This means they cannot close a phone without fixing everything within it until it is at a tradable condition. Within my phone the heat sensors were broken and once the new glass was on the phone was stuck in a loop of turning off and on, directly caused by the repair. They did not follow apple's standards policy and because of that now no where can fix the phone and they refuse to own up to their mistakes. Once confronted with this the people were very rude and refused to do anything about. Which both T-Mobile and Apple individually said they are at fault and need to fix it or give a replacement device. Which they refuse to do. They refuse to follow the products company's policy hurting customers, and putting them in a limbo where no where can fix the product.
