I had my battery and screen replaced on my iPhone. The phone did not work properly after Wireless Solutions worked on it. I brought it back and they would not fix the issues. The store said it was out of warranty and wanted to charge me again. I would stay away from this place. read more

If I could give them no stars I would! I had just Flew in from out of the country and needed to get my phone repaired it took several days and once I receive my phone I noticed (that day) that the bottom corners were not functioning properly but I figured that you were Not properly adhered so figured I would give it a few days. Then my phone started flashing randomly, within the same day I noticed in the bottom corner had a small black spot the next day it was larger so I took it back to get fixed. After a week of not having a phone found out they would not repair my phone and they said it was physical damage. I DID NOT DROP OR DAMAGE my phone as they claimed, they just refused to take responsibility. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY take it to someone who knows what they are doing. I waisted just over $300 getting my phone usable but they wanted another $200 to fix it again. read more

Don't get your phone fixed there. I took my phone to replace the cracked screen, after 2 weeks they said it was something wrong with my phone. It was working fine before I handed to the repair guy, now my phone is useless. I have bought a kit from them, it took more than a month and I didn't receive it. It's a scam. We lost more than $400 for phone screen replacement, the kit and got nothing after a month. They keep saying, we didn't receive anything yet. It's the most dishonest people I have ever met. Horrible customer service!!!! Stay away from this repair shop! They nickle and dime you and their work isn't worth a penny. After taking my iPad to fix the screen...they replaced the screen with the wrong color screen. Days later the adhesive they used to put the screen back was coming off and so was the screen. They also charged me an extra 20 dollars for a screen protector! When I took it back to see if they could fix it again. They said NO. That they didn't do it and it's not their fault!!!! read more

They actually deserve negative 10 stars!!! They sold my daughter a phone that was not working under false pretenses. Kept her $80 dollar cover and insisted that her phone did not have a cover when she brought it in. When we went in to ask for our money back he got super defensive started yelling at me. Kicked me out of the store and then 10 min later kicked my daughter out of the store. The little bit of time we were in the store 2 other customers came in upset with similar complaints. Please do urself a favor and stay away!!!!! Horrific service!! They lie cheat and steal. It is really sad to see! read more

I can't even give these guys one star but if I am doing a review they make me. Hands down the WORST retail experience I have ever had in my 53 years of living. My screen was cracked on my phone, I called ahead and Brian, one of the two guys there was eager to fix my phone " in about 25 minutes". My phone was turned on,and I was able to use it for calls in my vehicle when I dropped it off. I didn't have time to wait on it, so I said I would pick it up the following day. My gut told me that I shouldn't leave my phone with this guy. I almost went back in and asked for it back. I sure wish I would have listened to my intuition. When I went to pick my phone up, $140 later, Brian informed me that he didn't have time to plug it in and charge it. I asked him if he knows that it is working. "Oh yeah, its working, I just replaced the screen. Oh, and if you will give us a good Google review, I will put free tempered glass on it." I get home, plug in my phone in, and it won't charge. It wouldn't do anything, not even showing the striped screen that it had before, apparently indicating that the LED was damaged. So, I took it back, and from then on my "service" from Wireless Solution became an argument about whether or not my phone was turned on when I dropped it off. This came from Brian's partner and later at a highly escalated level, from Brian. He called me a liar, so did his partner, and raised his voice to a yelling level. All this while only interrogating me about whether my phone was on or off when I dropped it off. When I talked to Brian's partner ( didn't get his name, they don't identify themselves there) he said he was going to have to put new sensors in it. He said it would be 3-5 business days. I heard nothing from them, so called to check on my phone, and again, was interrogated about why I lied about it being on when I dropped it off. WHAT!!??? I stopped in one time after this, got more of the interrogation and disrespect, at which time Brian told me that it needed a new battery, and they were waiting for it to come in. I figured it must be done today, as they had had my phone for over a week. Today I called to inquire about my phone- when the person answered, I asked to whom I was speaking with. No reply, then he says, "well, WHO is this?". I asked if this was Brian. He tells me that my phone will have to be wiped for it to work again. I asked him why, as I had only taken it in for a screen replacement. He said" because it does. It has to be wiped for it to work." He repeated this to me 4 times, as I inquired about what happened to it that it has to be wiped. Again, yelling and interrogation about it being on when I dropped it off!!!! So, I went in and demanded my phone back. Brian was outrageously disrespectful and rude. I left with a phone that apparently doesn't work at all anymore. I work in customer service, our company has been in business since 1969. My family business ran successfully for 50 years. I am a customer service/sales auditor as well. Never in my life have I had such a miserable experience! I would lay out the money for a new phone if you have phone issues, rather than step in their door. read more

Bought iphone 5c on Feb 16 for $165.00. Took it back Mar 17 as phone would not hold charge had to come back in hour to pick it up. (Really? To replace battery) Had to pay $45.00 for a battery. ( Why wasn't there a good battery in it when bought? It hadn't been 30 days since purchase & not working!) Took it home, still would not hold a charge.(other 2 Samsung phones were charging using same outlet) Brought it back, he didn't know what to tell us.( so much for troubleshooting) I had to ask him to charge it. He took in back, came out said it was charging fine...he offered nothing more than to plug it in outlet in front to show us it was charging. (Still doesn't explain why doesn't work at home). I had to suggest using my adapter in outlet....guess what? It didn't charge!!!! Now it cost additional $20.00 to order adapter that takes 3-5 days to receive. They don't call you when it comes in, you have to call them in 5 days. Hmmmm....was it really the battery or just adapter? RIP OFF! Requested receipt for battery still haven't received it, cause server was down, waited 2 hours still no receipt. More than 24 hours still no receipt for battery, only received receipt for adapter. I have paid $230.00 for a used iphone that doesn't work & must wait 5 days for adapter. Do not do business with them, they do not honor warranty, unable to trouble shoot then stiff you for extra parts. Brings new meaning to working stiffs. read more

When I first called for a quote, it was ~$30. When I arrived it was $75, until we discussed details; then it was $40. The clerk said the technicians changed out the battery; $43.
