I think this happened once here but usually they are slow enough I can get help with my phone pronto. I was in yesterday (a Saturday) and got help immediately. I got a new Android and had some trouble getting it set up. An associate got my phone working very quickly and was nice and friendly the whole time with me on it. I have also paid my monthly bill here a few times too. While they don't have an automatic machine that takes your payment( which is even more convenient, there is one at the Harmony and College location) the staff will take it and apply it to your account.

His first question was what do you want me to do about it?! You have been here so many times and we tell you the same thing every time! The cs rep on the ph told me to go to the store! This guy waited on me the 2nd time I was in ther and he was rude that day also. Today he told me I was rude and demanding and yelling at him! I DID NOT yell and I was not demanding- he asked what he supposed to do so I told I needed him to call customer service and verify my I'd. He refused and told me if I said another word he would have me thrown out of the store and they would refuse me service! He dialed cs and I was there for 53 minutes on hold and talking to cs. The clerk told me Saturday is his last day! I said that's good, you don't like your job you need a new one. He refused to give me his name.... If I have to go to a store again I'll find a new one! Based on my experience, their only priority is upsell, not customer service. I went in with a broken phone that could have been easily fixed with an insurance claim. Customer service told me my only option was trade in and upgrade my phone and plan. So instead of $100 for a iphone 15 to replace my broken 13, I got fished and took the bait on a trade in for a 17. So instead I'll be paying $800 over the next 3 years for a phone upgrade I don't need. Wish I had known, or been informed of all my options when I explicitly asked. I would have definitely made a different choice. When I let them know about my experience, the provider and their manager interrupted me constantly, not allowing me to express my experience, and denied upselling. Representative flat out lied and said she walked me through all the options. She did not. Wish she had! Be mindful and dot your I's!

He suspected it was a board inside the phone. Said it could cost up to $300. Went to Best Buy and bought another phone but they couldn't transfer any data because I didn't have the password necessary to do that. After having a blank phone and none of my data, I decided to go back to CPR and pay whatever it would take to get my old phone working again. A different gentleman by the name of Jeremy was there. I explained the whole story to him. He took my old phone to the back and came out a few minutes later and said, "It's fixed". What?! You're kidding! "It was a simple fix", he said. All for only $35. This location is one of the only options I have in the area and it was where I went first. We went in the first time to find out what we needed to do to get switched over. We were connected with a staff member, Willy, who immediately gave me his phone number and told me what I needed to do and to contact him for an appointment as soon as things were lined up. I did that. Once we came in for the whole shebang, we were in and out in about an hour and a half. The phone stuff was fairly easy and Willy took care of everything. The only part I wished was better was that it seemed a little rushed and I wish I had more explained to me about the bill and what I needed to do to get the discounts I was promised. I don't think it was intentional and I realize I was keeping Willy past his scheduled time for work...on that note, he was very gracious with his time.
