The people at this Verizon store have no idea what they're talking about. They just tell you something which is usually a lie just to get you to sign up for something. Then when you get signed up for it and it's not what you want. You have to go through days and days and hours and hours of sitting on the phone. Trying to get things changed. And then things don't get changed and they're right back to the way they were. Verizon is not good. read more

Totally thought this was an actual Verizon store. Didn't find out until after we were signing up that they were a retailer with cellular plus (I think) and not actually Verizon. Normally not a big deal but we felt this was intentionally hidden throughout the entire store and shopping process. Jullian was mostly helpful and patient, but didn't know how to do several things like switch my watch over to the plan. He said "I don't know" countless times to us and to others. We get he was trying but this made our process even longer. Def going to an actual Verizon store next time we need assistance with our plan. read more

She was extremely helpful and honest, and helped me get setup on a new phone and plan that I was very happy with! We were visiting family for the Thanksgiving weekend from California and needed to get a new phone from a mishap on our travels. There were two staff members and they were with customers and two others were waiting, they still looked up and greeted us. Both employees were managing two customers at a time and kept everyone informed on their individual progress as phones were updating or moving data which created a communal experience. We were all now engaging on each others progress LOL. When it was our turn, we were helped by Serette and she was great. She answered all our questions and made helpful suggestions. We ended up getting two new phones, basically for free thanks to her knowledge and recommendations. Needless to say, this was the best experience we have had at a Verizon store! The salesman lied to me about what the phone would cost. It ended up costing twice what I was told and the case he sold me did not work with any wireless cahrger. Do not shop here unless you want to be over charged and lied to. read more

The customer service in this Verizon store is HORRIBLE! I have been a customer in good standing with Verizon for several years, and have always had wonderful service in all of their stores. Never a problem...until the store in Loveland, CO on W Eisenhower. I ordered a phone from them for my upgrade. It is supposed to be in today. I called to see if they had gotten their deliveries in for the day, and the rep that answered the phone was incredibly rude to me. She would not even check to see if my phone had arrived. I will NOT be back to this store. It is less than 3 miles from my home, however I will happily drive to Ft Collins or Longmont next time. read more

Just found the phone I purchased for $339.99 on Amazon AND Best Buy, for half of that price. I was charged another $30.00 for 2 $15.00 " rewards " as well as 14.99 for a case that I didn't want, knowing I could find that too, cheeper, elsewhere. I realize prices are usually higher at the store but this is rediculous . The cheesiest part is I was conned into writing a positive review as I was being reassured that I was receiving a discount. Looks like I'll try to return it tomorrow, knowing I won't get refunded for the " rewards ", activation fee or restocking fee, where state in the contract that they will charge another $35. I'll still save a lot of money buying this phone elsewhere and have it activated where the employees are more honest AND informative. Yes, informative. Knowing that your items are marked up 50 percent and you hustled your only 5 star rating is helpful information. read more

I went to this store today because my phone was broken and I was having trouble unlocking my old iphone. The person helping me (Shane) took a phone call while he was helping me and represented himself as "the manager." Instead of talking to me and explaining anything, he just started writing down a series of numbers (costs for a new phone). I told him I was not interested in purchasing a new phone and if my broken phone couldn't be fixed, I needed my old phone unlocked. I handed him my old iphone5s. Then, he proceeded to tell me that I needed to provide a proof of purchase; otherwise he couldn't help me. I did not have a proof of purchase with me. He told me my only other option would be to drive to Fort Collins and ask Simply Mac to help me get past the AppleID issue I was having. I took the time to drive there and they told me all I had to do was call Apple directly. When I called Apple, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, they told me that the person I spoke with at Verizon should have been able to pull up my contract for me there at the store. I called the store and asked for the "manager" to give him that feedback and I was told that he wasn't in. I explained what happened and that I was frustrated with him sending us away without helping us and he then proceeded to tell me his name (Shane), and that he was the one who helped me and that it didn't "go down" that way. He wanted to argue his case with me. He did end up saying he would take my feedback to heart but I doubt he will. He came across very arrogant, at the store. And obviously was OK with lying about being a manager to another customer. I am most angry because he, first of all, called himself the manager when I was in this store, then told me he couldn't help me, when he could have saved me a lot of time and trouble by pulling up my contract while I was there. Instead, I was sent on a wild goose chase. Bottom line: He was miffed because I wouldn't let him sell me a new phone. This is not my first bad experience with this store and I won't be back. 5 STARS! I would give more if I could. I received the best customer service I have ever experienced from Verizon at this store. To be honest my previous experiences at different stores made me wonder if I wanted to continue my plan with Verizon and this experience saved my business with your service. I will never go to another Verizon store again. I had Saul and Jamal helping me and they were AMAZING. I will request them next time I have to go in. I truly felt like they listened to me and genuinely cared about my needs. They were so helpful and offered me the perfect solution to what I needed. These guys deserve a raise! Next time you need something from Verizon do yourself a favor and go to this store and request Saul and/or Jamal you will be glad you did! read more
