T-Mobile turned out to be the best deal since we could switch and then turn in our old (thank the gods for our old phone hoard) phones for a credit on our account and get the phones with the new plan for free. Sounded good and so we went with it. Yesterday, the new phones got here and we went to the store to do the trade-in and get the screen protectors put on (putting on screen protectors is the bane of our existence). Nick and Lucas (I believe Lucas was the name) were great, very helpful and friendly. Nick went above and beyond, being very dedicated with putting the screen protectors on, making sure there were no-to-minimal-bubbles, and even getting us packing material so we could send off the trade-in phones (apparently we need to do that ourselves and the store can't take care of that, no big, we just didn't know). If you're in the market for a phone or phone accessory, I'd recommend checking out this T-Mobile location due to how well we were treated earlier.

I went to CPR to get my Mac's screen replaced after (I thought) extensively vetting it and deciding…read morethat it was my best local option. The pros: The staff is all incredibly nice! Seriously a great customer service experience. But, well, I didn't go to CPR to hang out with nice people, I went to get my screen replaced. When I first came in, I was quoted a specific turnaround time, and I decided to stick with CPR because, even though that turnaround time wasn't ideal, it was workable. Given that the broken device was my Mac, which I use for work as a freelancer, every day I had to wait for the repair cost me money, but I understand that repairs take time. Unfortunately, the promised date came and went, and my device wasn't fixed. I gave it an extra two days, then checked in again--and my device still wasn't fixed. When it was finally ready, I dropped everything to pick it up, then drove home to test it...and it wouldn't work. It turned out that they had messed up while reassembling it, and I had to take it back in to fix their mistake--but the tech was heading out for the day, so I had to wait until the tech came back in the next day. Another day of lost work. On top of that, due to CPR Loveland's location in Centerra, there's an additional tax on all purchases that really adds up on costly repairs like, say, a Mac screen repair. In fairness, this is noted on a small flyer in the store, but I would definitely have appreciated it if it had been noted during my initial quote, because it really adds up! In sum: Absolutely nothing against the folks at CPR personally. But if you're looking for timely, effective, affordable work from a store with clear communication, this might not be the place for you.

I had an M1 iPad repaired here and the experience wasn't good. They took a week to repair it since…read morethey had to order the charging port. However, when I told them to test the device, it failed to charge twice. The manager had to come in and show that the device could charge. One day later, I try to plug it into the dock and nothing. Seems that they repaired the charging port enough to take charge but not send data. While they haven't done terribly, I am disappointed in their service and will look to other competitors.

I had to return several times to the cricKet Wireless Authorized Dealer beginning the day after I purchased the phone. Each of the three times I was instructed to return to the store at 3027 North Garfield Avenue to speak with the manager. I inquired when the manager would be available. Three days after purchasing the used cellphone, the manager said that the battery would not hold a charge because it was hot. The dead cellphone was stowed in a dark place in my vehicle because I did not want to carry an nonworking cellphone for eight hours while I was at work. I was not issued a refund because the manager said that the phone did not work because it was hot. My money for the used cellphone should have been refunded on the day after I purchased it when I first discovered that that the batter would not hold a charge.
