I always go to Verizon's Wireless stores and had never used a Verizon Authorized Retailer before so I was a little weary but the employee there assured me that there was no difference. The employee was nice and helpful. However, she did say that the $40 activation fee was being waived for a short period of time during Covid, so she would have me pay it and then I would see a credit for it on my next bill. When that credit did not come on the next bill, I called Verizon and they said she was not supposed to charge me for it - it was waived entirely so it was a struggle to get them to give me back the $40. I went there again a few days ago and the service was fine again. Although I just needed a simple SIM card transfer and the guy looked at my like I was crazy for not knowing that was the simple fix to the problem. The first time I went, there was only one employee working and I had to wait about 15 minutes for her to finish with someone else. I was sure it had to be due to covid- limited staffing, limited hours, etc. However, when I went the other day, there was still only one employee working. I was second in line and the lady in front of me was talking the employee's ear off with completely irrelevant things, making the rest of us wait in line while she went on with her nonsense. I waited in like for about 25 minutes before being helped. They definitely need at least two employees working the same shift.

Will was helping me and he was horrible I explained my situation multiple times and it took almost two hours to get a new phone with him constantly trying to upsell me (my battery crapped out and my phone that broke was only one year old and 8 days outside of my one year warranty) he kept telling me about promos and I kept politely declining because I just needed a working phone after traveling. Turns out even though I declined promos like a Netflix and HBO combo I still got charged for them, he didn't listen to a word I said and was just trying to make money. Very disappointed I'll be continuing to go to the Verizon store off of college ave they have never disappointed me there and Will at this location doesn't care about what the customer wants, he just wants to make commission.

The fourth phone upgrade was offered as an even trade (only paying for the taxes and upgrade fee), but it had to be ordered for pick-up at the local Cellular Sales office since they did not have any more of the phones available at the show. We got to the store, and no phone was on order, but they could put one on order for pickup in two days. Two days later, the phone was available, but the deal changed to having to pay an extra $200 'down payment'. We went through three levels of Cellular Sales personnel with a final 'we cannot honor the earlier deal'. It all appeared to be a bait and switch. Final note: complete any deals with the original cellular sales team that made the offer. Different teams or stores seem to have different deals, and will not honor "someone else's deal".

    I went to CPR to get my Mac's screen replaced after (I thought) extensively vetting it and deciding…read morethat it was my best local option. The pros: The staff is all incredibly nice! Seriously a great customer service experience. But, well, I didn't go to CPR to hang out with nice people, I went to get my screen replaced. When I first came in, I was quoted a specific turnaround time, and I decided to stick with CPR because, even though that turnaround time wasn't ideal, it was workable. Given that the broken device was my Mac, which I use for work as a freelancer, every day I had to wait for the repair cost me money, but I understand that repairs take time. Unfortunately, the promised date came and went, and my device wasn't fixed. I gave it an extra two days, then checked in again--and my device still wasn't fixed. When it was finally ready, I dropped everything to pick it up, then drove home to test it...and it wouldn't work. It turned out that they had messed up while reassembling it, and I had to take it back in to fix their mistake--but the tech was heading out for the day, so I had to wait until the tech came back in the next day. Another day of lost work. On top of that, due to CPR Loveland's location in Centerra, there's an additional tax on all purchases that really adds up on costly repairs like, say, a Mac screen repair. In fairness, this is noted on a small flyer in the store, but I would definitely have appreciated it if it had been noted during my initial quote, because it really adds up! In sum: Absolutely nothing against the folks at CPR personally. But if you're looking for timely, effective, affordable work from a store with clear communication, this might not be the place for you.

However, when I told them to test the device, it failed to charge twice. The manager had to come in and show that the device could charge. One day later, I try to plug it into the dock and nothing. Seems that they repaired the charging port enough to take charge but not send data. While they haven't done terribly, I am disappointed in their service and will look to other competitors.

Easy to get to but parking midday can be a pain with all of the other shopping and restaurants in the area sharing the parking lot. Store was not busy. Beforehand I did all my research and was well aware that I met all requirements to "jump" the phone. The Manager of the store told me we would owe $280 to jump. He said I could sell the phone to pay off the balance etc. I was confused so I went to the Fort Collins store and was told I could jump the phone and was done in 15 min with no out of pocket or hassle. So this month I got a iPad, I did all my research and knew it could be used with my service and all it needed was a sim card. I decided to go into this store once again for a second chance perhaps the manager was misinformed. I was told by an employee that the iPad was locked and I had to go back to the original provider to have it unlocked. This is a iPad mini2 which comes unlocked from the factory, I explained to her and asked if she could put a sim into it to test it. She reluctantly did and I saw the sim work. She quickly pulled it out and said "nope its locked", then proceeded to tell me I could trade it in and purchase one that would work that day. I told her no thanks and she was very rude to us after that. Once again I went up to the store on Harmony and College. The employee there was great and confused as to why someone would tell me that. We were out with a new sim and ipad in 15min with little expense. I am appalled by the business practice here at this store. The staff is extremely rude, they treat you as a small lost child and look down on the customer. The stench of arrogance, ignorance fills the room met with rude and combative customer service. GO TO THE STORE ON HARMONY & COLLEGE IN FORT COLLINS!!! It's worth the drive, this store is literally stealing from its customers!
