Pre-order is nice option but they overcharged for their comics like no other. I have not seen a…read morecomic book store charge so much for a comic that should be four dollars. They are charging upwards of 25 $50 insanely overpriced would not recommend solely based upon that, and also they close at 6:30 when a lot of people get off at five they really don't have the time to make it. They need us keep their hours extended. I showed up to pick my order and they told me that somebody had canceled my order. So I take it back the pre-order feature of this store is not even nice. **Disappointed with the customer service**…read more I called to ask a simple question about a product, and less than 10 seconds into the call, I was hung up on. As a business owner myself, I understand that things can get busy, but I found this extremely unprofessional. The least that could have been said was, "We don't have that product in stock," or simply explaining that they couldn't help me. Instead, the call was abruptly ended. Unfortunately, customer service like this leaves a lasting impression. I will not be supporting this business again, nor will I be recommending it to my friends, family, or clients. There are plenty of other businesses that understand the importance of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect.
