We went on a Friday, and the website said they would be opening at 11 AM. me, my mom and my…read moredaughter got there right at 11 AM and they never opened. They were also other kids and their moms waiting for the store to open. we live about 20 minutes away from the orchard town center and wasted our time going down there when the store should've informed the customers that they were not going to be open today. I find it very inconsiderate that they did not inform their customers because there were little kids outside in the snow waiting for the store open. They will not be getting our business again!!

Hours are posted in the window by the front door. I was a tad disappointed that the hours on weekends were shorter than weekdays. No backpacks allowed. This establishment has it all! From action figurines to movie character figurines. Anime to Comics! Posters, pictures, stickers, magnets, necklaces, vinyl records, old school stand up arcade machines, the works!!! I was especially enamored with the movie figurines for The Crow, Halloween, Hellraiser, and so much more! This is a kids paradise, but don't let that fool you!! Adults: this will bring out the kid in you! I saw The Hulk, Spiderman, Batman, Superman, X-Man, Power Rangers, even Garbage Pail Kids!!! I think the prices are reasonable but my niece would debate this comment. Most things are on consignment, which means the store has to make a buck too. I highly recommend taking a look! I plan to return and grab some vinyl records for a few friends. I might even grab some garbage pail kids cards while there!

First. I am not a comic book person. I use comic boards to store my fabric. When presented with information they are charging 70%-100% more than other retailers, she (what seemed like) BS'd about why that is the case. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but when they charge so much more than anyone else, it's hard to find value in buying from this place.

Pre-order is nice option but they overcharged for their comics like no other. I have not seen a…read morecomic book store charge so much for a comic that should be four dollars. They are charging upwards of 25 $50 insanely overpriced would not recommend solely based upon that, and also they close at 6:30 when a lot of people get off at five they really don't have the time to make it. They need us keep their hours extended. I showed up to pick my order and they told me that somebody had canceled my order. So I take it back the pre-order feature of this store is not even nice. I was warmly greeted by the 2 ladies at the register ...I thought " ok this is a good sign " While my resell items were being checked in I walked around to check out the quality and prices. I was overwhelmed by both the quality and prices. There were no old faded looking clothes nor clothes that needed a clothes shaver . The new items were current. I could tell that this store has gone above and beyond in offering wonderful clothes and items that can be used way beyond infant years !! My resell transaction was handled in a personal but professional manner - no low ball offers !! I look forward to my next transaction with this store !!! If you're looking for a really good store to buy and sell children's clothes and items this is it !!! If I could give 10 stars I would !!

I placed a pre-order and my order was supposed to ship at the end of July/August. When I asked for an update, I never received one. I had to make SEVERAL inquiries to Little Britches to even get an answer and when I did Kelly was very rude. Also, I ordered over $200 of items and when I received my blanket the tag said $35 and I paid $65. So although I loved the print and my son loves cars. I would rather order from somewhere else because of the customer service. I believe that customer service goes a long way and I may only be one person but I will not order from here ever again and I will tell anyone that asks, not to either.
