I've never had problems with the staff here but I come in every time I visit the mall and rarely leave with anything, let alone a video game. Too much!

Corporate to the end, game-stop does not have a record for outstanding service, but it's nice to see the guys make an effort. Unfortunately, the cashier seemed more interested in arguing with me, aggressively arguing the veracity of his opinion that modern warfare 3 is better than battlefield 3. Right or wrong (he was wrong), he must have missed the part in his training where they told him that "the customer is always right". If his manager hadn't stepped in to mediate the discussion, I probably would have taken my business elsewhere. It seems the employees at game-stops nationwide have a tendency to have a condescending tone that really rubs me the wrong way. I don't know why, but I've been to dozens if locations and they always seem to have at least 1-2 under enthusiastic clerks on duty. If you have the time and the gas, go to the one in Boulder- the staff is way more friendly and informative. Even better, you'll get more cash from your used gear if you head over to GameForce, which is in the parking lot across from the WillVill dorms near campus.
