When I came to return it, I was met with the most rude and disrespectful GameStop employee I've ever encountered - Zane Whitney. And to my surprise he was the manager!! He refused to let me return the bundle even though I told him countless times his employee told me I could return it. There was absolutely no flexibility and he even became highly aggressive towards me. He started pounding his fists on the counter and yelling at me In front of other customers. Not only was this uncalled for but it was outright embarrassing. That's no way to treat a customer willing to spend almost $1000 on a single purchase. I have been shopping with GameStop for years but this experience is enough to make me never come back. I will be taking my business to BestBuy, where customers are treated with respect. My first impression was that this store has a huge selection of merchandise neatly organized and on display. They had plenty of Pokemon card packs and individual collector cards. I asked about a video game I thought he might like. Ryan showed me the game he recommended and taught me what to look for on the packaging so I understood what gaming machines it worked on, how many players it allowed and what controllers I could use. They also have a section of gaming tables like most of these places have. All-in-all it's a great place if you're in the market for electronic games and are looking for variety and helpfulness.
