Walking in, you hear familiar game music that plays in the background as you see gamers thrashing on arcade cabinets and talking about the latest console games. It's not just a store, it's a place for the gamer community to meet up, which is great. Game stores should have culture. They had more rarities in this store than the other store, which is saying something because both have great stock and impressive rarity. Collector's prices, but you should expect that at a game store this knowledgeable about games. They had three staff members when I was there and all were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Heck they even have Blade in a few of them which I was excited for. I believe the whole store was discounted 10 or 20% as well. I've been there before and was treated well by the employees as the customer service was stupendous I'm all about supporting the local establishments but today I was a bit put off. They hold a raffle and for each customer transaction you received a couple of raffle tickets. One for today and one for a later day. Well I made my purchase and my nephew found something else as we were walking out the door. We stood in line and made another purchase. I wasn't given a ticket and asked for one and was told by the dark haired lady behind the counter that today was only one ticket per customer not per transaction and dismissed me. I don't see the difference between today or Any other day. My money is green and credit cards are plastic every day. If it's because of the specials at least they made 80% of the sale then nothing at all.

It was pointed out that on the bottom of our receipt, it said no returns for any product that has been opened. Apparently, every time you make a purchase anywhere, you need to read the bottom of the receipt to make sure that you didn't just get screwed.
