I am so happy he has thus far survived covid lock down. It is really great to be able to support truly local shops. It was pointed out that on the bottom of our receipt, it said no returns for any product that has been opened. Understandable if this was a game that we could've played, and then tried to return, etc. That isn't the case. The employee at this location was kind and respectful, the managers that he placed us on the phone to was not. Apparently, every time you make a purchase anywhere, you need to read the bottom of the receipt to make sure that you didn't just get screwed. Pretty unbelievable when local businesses want you to shop with them instead of Amazon. However, Amazon allows you to return things and not waste $60 on the wrong product.
