Thollot Diamonds & Fine Jewelry is by far the best in Greater Denver!!!!! I recently got engaged and shopped all over town with my fiancé, the high-end jewelry stores in Cherry Creek and others. If you are looking for authentic customer service, superior local design skills for a custom ring, and high-quality diamonds, Thollot is the only place! I am very particular about what I want, and I did a lot of research on diamond quality, pricing, and ring designs. Troy listened to my criteria for a diamond and provided me with several to choose from that were spot on and hard to decide upon because all were so beautiful and high in the 4Cs. Joy is an attentive listener and went above and beyond my vision for my ring. I shared concepts that I saw from different designs and what elements I hoped to have in my ring. I am so over the moon with excitement in the uniqueness and exquisiteness of my ring. Joy's design skills are superior and cover every fine detail. Whenever my fiancé and I visited the store, Joy and Troy made us feel special. They put so much time into meeting your hopes that when you are done working with them you feel like family and are going to miss chatting with them. Make the trip to Thollot, you will be impressed beyond your imagination. read more

This is by far the best jewelry store we've ever been too, my fiancé custom designed my engagement ring there (which is now displayed in their design center! Super exciting), and we're now going through them for all of our jewelry needs! The girls in the design center are amazing, and everyone is extremely welcoming and make you feel right at home! I highly recommend their business! read more

I have going to Thollot Jewelers almost since they opened. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I've learned a lot about stones and jewelry during discussions with Troy and Glenn. I have purchased many things, had repairs done and had custom jewelry designed and made there. My favorite piece is a memorial pendant for my Dad that Glenn designed. It's of Long's Peak, which is where Dad's ashes were scattered. It rarely leaves my neck. Not only do I totally trust them with my most prized possessions but I've referred many people there. All have been very pleased. I feel that they are part of the family. read more

Thollot & - Jewelry Near Me - Thornton, Colorado

My husband and I cannot recommend Thollot enough! (Annie Ligrani in particular has been amazing, but everyone on the staff there is out of this world fantastic.) My husband had my engagement ring made custom at Thollot. He had an heirloom diamond from his grandparents that was in a dated setting, and he wanted to create something updated and special for me. (I'm a very lucky woman.) We also came to Thollot when we wanted to design a custom wedding band to match the ring he designed, and to get a simple titanium ring for him. We laugh about the fact that he chose Thollot because it was literally the closest jeweler to our home, and boy did we get lucky, because they are AMAZING! Their customer service, expertise, warmth, and of course, jewelry, is just everything you could want in a jeweler. During our entire engagement, which was fairly long, I would come in to have my ring cleaned, and every time I was greeted and recognized and treated like a VIP. If you are planning to purchase or design some very special jewelry--come here. Don't even think about it, just choose Thollot... I promise you won't regret it! read more

Got my engagement ring custom made here & love it!! Came back couple years later for another band!! I can't wait to shop more.

I don't think a finer engagement ring shopping experience exists! When my now-husband (George) and I started talking about engagement, I was worried about the ring thing, because I'm picky, and, let's face it, if I'm going to wear this ring on my finer for the rest of my life, it has to be perfect! With that in mind, I knew I wanted to be part of the picking process, but I also wanted the moment of surprise when he proposed... what a pickle. Enter Thollot's Diamonds and Fine Jewelry. George and I went in "just to look"... we had been planning on going a bunch of places so I could try stuff on and George could get a feel for my taste. That way, we figured, he'd be able to pick something out that I would like. We didn't go another place after Thollot's. We went in and were greeted by Joy, who instantly sat us down and taught us everything we needed to know about diamond shopping. We could tell that she genuinely wanted us to get a great diamond, even if we didn't purchase it with them. We even got to see a diamond under a microscope, which was super cool. After our thorough education, we were joined by Troy, and started trying on rings. Troy is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, and instantly picked up on what I liked and didn't like. I could tell that he was watching my face and seeing which details made me really light up. Troy suggested that since I wanted to be surprised, George should come back without me another time and Troy would help him design a ring just for me... one with all the elements that had made me light up. George took his advice and went back without me when he was ready to purchase. Troy had several options already ready for George to think about when he got there. And Troy was spot on. Although I didn't see the other options, the ring Troy suggested (and that George picked) is PERFECT. I love it. It's so very... me. Since then, we've done all our fine jewelry shopping and repairs there. And I refer every single friend who's starting to talk about engagement! read more

Absolutely the most amazing jewelers around. Being new to the area, I was so skeptical of taking my wedding ring to anyone BUT Thollot has exceeded all my expectations. I have been there multiple times since my first experiance and they continue to amaze me. Today I went in to pick up a ring I had resized and asked them to clean my other rings while I was there... 10 minutes later I received my clean shiny rings which were polished in addition to cleaned as the jeweler was not happy with how it cleaned in just the original cleaner. Amazing customer service. Fabulous friendly helpful knowledgeable people. Love the small town feeling of this jeweler. Don't look anywhere else. You won't be disappointed. read more

Excellent customer service and workmanship. We had our vintage wedding set sized and reconditioned and even though its more than 50 years old it looks brand new. Work was reasonably priced and completed in a timely fashion. We'll be back for sure. read more

Incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions and ideas. Beautiful designs and a very good value.

Don't think of Thollot just for your Diamond and Fine Gem needs, think of them when you need ANY kind of jewelry. Years ago I was gifted a pair of costume jewelry silver colored hoops. I loved them so much that the silver was wearing off and you could see the ugly cheap metal under the coating. I searched for another pair and couldn't find any. Then I thought of Troy and his team when I saw his "Make It or Melt It" posts on Facebook. I took my costume jewelry hoops to Thollot. Troy took one look at them and told me he could re-create them in sterling silver that would last me a lifetime. Sure enough after a week his team presented me with a GORGEOUS pair of silver hoops exactly like what I had brought in. I wear them every single day and they look just as beautiful as the day I bought them. Thank you Thollot! I highly recommend you to everyone! read more

We purchased an engagement ring while on a Caribbean cruise and after a week had lost a diamond.....talk about heartbreaking. We visited with Glen and decided to have Thollot handle the repair and check the integrity of the entire ring for us. It's been two weeks and we are so happy. They did an incredible job and we will always return for any work we need done! Thank you Thollot for making a terrible experience become a great one! read more

Troy and Joy and there staff are great. I love coming into this establishment. You get treated like a person not a sale. I have purchased my wife's engagement there then returned for our wedding bands. They are very personal and friendly. I sometimes purchase a piece of jewelry elsewhere I bring it into Thollot for alterations and I ask Troy what he thinks if I paid a good price and the quality of the piece and he is always honest about it. Thank you Troy Joy and staff for making my shopping experience at your store pleasurable. read more

The people at Thollot were so helpful and had great follow-up without the pressure I felt from some other jewelers. I ended up getting a ring made that is absolutely gorgeous. read more

These guys do awesome work! My husband bought my engagement ring there and since then it's where all my jewelry has come from. When I couldn't find just the right wedding band, they created it. Very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and you will never feel like they're trying to rip you off. read more

My fiancée and I stopped in today to get speed bumps added to my engagement ring. The customer service was EXCELLENT, pricing for express service was very fair and we were in and out in about 20 minutes! We will definitely be back for any future jewelry needs or purchases! read more

This place is really a class act! My dear friend has a very unique, vintage bracelet that she inherited from her late mother and cherishes above all else and so needless to say we both wer devastated when it broke and needed to be soldered. I took it to have it repaired as a surprise for my friend but usual jeweler was unable to make the repair and referred me to Thollot. The store is beautiful, the staff is lovely to work with and they really know their stuff. They assured me the bracelet would be well cared for after I explained its importance and a day early from the promised date (3 days after drop off), the bracelet was repaired and you could not even see where the damage was. They also cleaned it and checked the structural integrity of the stones and other joints all for $30! Five star quality repair at a 5 star jewelry store for only $30? Absolutely amazing! Even I as the customer would have valued such a difficult and perfectly done jewelry repair at much more! Last but certainly not least, they followed it up promptly with a beautiful, hand written thank you card mailed to my home!!! With jewelry being such an expensive investment and one of the most personal items a person owns, risks should not be taken. That's precisely why you should give these wonderful folks a try. read more

We can not express how wonderful all of our experiences have been with this company. My lovely wife lost her wedding band 15 years ago. We were doing some flower planting in our front yard and upon pushing a shovel into the ground, for the first time, I found her ring. It had been there for 15 years! We took it to our jeweler who cleaned it and resized it for the best of prices. They are personable, understanding, and very reasonably priced. We have returned many times with our needs for repairs to repair other jewelry and will continue to do so for many years to come. Thank you! read more

My wife had a bracelet that needed repairing. Troy couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We think Thollot is the BEST.

An absolutely perfect experience from start to finish.... I started off having a few rings special ordered with Jessie's help looking for something truly unique. Finally decided on an anniversary band and had Thollot's mount a center stone. Everyone was extremely knowledgable and fabulously friendly!!! Troy (the owner) even offered me a burrito one morning when I walked in. My ring is STUNNING!!! And I couldn't possibly recommend Thollot's with any more enthusiasm!!! They are AMAZING!!! Thank you SO MUCH!!!!!! read more

I would definitely recommend this place, terrific experience from the start to the end. I had inherited my grandmother & my mom's diamond rings and along with mine wanted a new setting that would show off all three stones with some of the tiny diamond ones as well. Troy walked me through the design process, it was easy and fun. The end result is marvelous, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work and sparkle which enhances to the sentimental value. Yes, I can't stop looking at it. read more

I was looking for a diamond band to compliment my existing ring. When we went into the store today there was one older woman being helped by another male employee. We waited at counter for like 7-10 minutes. A couple of employees walked out and about the store and during that whole time we were not even acknowledged once. A hello we will be right with you would have been nice. I saw at least 3 employees in the store at that time. We were the only ones in the store other than the elderly lady I felt completely invisible. While I do not enjoy being hounded by a sales person I do feel that every customer should feel important and greeted when walking in. We walked out an no one even said anything to us!! read more

The folks at Thollot are truly amazing. I have a uniquely shaped vintage engagement ring and wanted to get a custom-made wedding band to go with it. We worked with Annie, who was so sweet and wonderful I have half a mind to invite her to the wedding! They allowed us to view and approve the wax casting prior to pouring the metal. It fit up against my ring perfectly, but there were no details on the wax which had me a little concerned. Annie explained that the man who makes their custom rings will hand carve the metal to get the small filigree details that I wanted to reflect what was in my engagement ring. She said, "I know it's a little scary, but trust me, it will be beautiful." I'm so glad I listened to her. It's absolutely perfect. The band nestled right up against my engagement ring and they compliment each other perfectly. It looks like they were made together! And it was finished well before the anticipated completion date! I will never stop singing the praises of Annie and the team at Thollot. Thank you!! read more

The Thollot team and Jessie in particular provided us with a completely exceptional experience! We had a custom ring made and they listened to what we wanted and delivered it to perfection. The process from beginning to end went flawlessly and each step was explained in detail to ensure that we were comfortable and ready to move to the next step. I don't even know where to start with this place. From the very first visit, to finally seeing my engagement ring in the little white box, everything was PERFECT! We had the pleasure of working with Jessie throughout our entire process and would not have it any other way. My fiance and I are almost so simple in taste that we knew we wouldn't walk into a place and find what we want. We are also very far from traditional so we decided to design our engagement rings together. We're going to live with it for the rest of our lives so might as well love it right?First day we walked in aimlessly and thankfully got paired with Jessie. Looked at styles in store as well as styles we liked on Pinterest and probably all within an hour, all of the ideas we had were placed into a rough sketch and done. Even though it was a VERY rough sketch lol we already knew they were going to work out perfect. Sure enough we had CAD's after a week, upped our diamond size, made some design tweaks, and boom rings were done within a month. I've never been so satisfied with the process of a purchase, and this was a pretty big important purchase!! Everyone we came across in store was so kind and welcoming. I have already referred multiple friends and family members and will continue to because I know they will be in GREAT hands. read more

My husband created a custom engagement ring with a jeweler in Missouri (where we used to live) and enrolled it in the Preferred Jeweler network so that we would be able to have check-ups on my ring every 6 months. Management changed at our former jeweler that left us less than satisfied with the care my ring was getting. I was convinced that my ring was crooked in the setting and it was difficult to keep clean the way the setting was designed. However, I was reassured by the former jeweler that it was fine and I just came to accept the way my ring was because I really didn't know any better. When we moved to Colorado one of the diamonds in my ring got chipped so I took the ring into Thollot Jewelers to fix it because they are also part of the Preferred Jewelers network. That was when I met Joy and Troy Thollot, and finally got the answers I needed with my ring. Joy was extremely knowledgeable about custom designs and quickly discovered that the setting I had wasn't practical and my prongs were so weak that I could have lost my center stone at any time. Joy not only came up with a new design that completely honored my husband's original drawings, but it was functional as well. AND, she even worked with my former jeweler to pay for the new design. The entire process was completely professional and smooth. If you are looking to do a custom design, this is absolutely the place I would go to achieve the design of your dreams. Other jewelers might lead you astray or not be honest with you about the functionality of the design you choose, but Joy was so honest and really worked hard with me to come up with a setting that worked for me and also stayed true to my husband's vision for my ring. Not only were Joy and Troy so amazing, but their staff was very knowledgable and welcoming as well. I can't believe that I was lucky enough to stumble upon this jeweler just because I happened to get a chip in one of my diamonds! When I came in to pick up my new ring after it was constructed, I definitely had tears in my eyes. That's the kind of response you want to have when you see your wedding ring! Thollot Jewelers saved the day and saved my ring! read more

What a magnificent experience at this custom jeweler. I was in town visiting family knowing I was in need of making a decision about my prior wedding ring. My sister referred me to Thollot Fine Jewelers in Northgkenn. My first thought was selling ithe ring But talking with Joy, she brainstormed ideas I hadn't even entertained to get the best results possible considering my situation. I walked out of the store with a stunningly beautiful pendant necklace that used the greatest value of something old transformed into a wholly new treasure that I can cherish everyday. It was evident that Joy's greatest and sole focus was ensuring I had the exact result that brought most enjoyment. I recommend that anyone who desires quality and custom jewelry, customer service that is first class, and attention to personalized style - these artisans and their staff are exceptional - bar none. read more

Wow! I cannot thank Thollot enough for creating the perfect engagement ring! My fiancé and I designed the ring together and Joy was with us every step of the way. We made a joke that we would pitch a tent in their store because we were there at least a few times a week every week for about a month. I'm sure they were getting tired of seeing us after a while but they remained patient with us as we fine tuned every detail of the ring. My fiancé and I even went to a few other jewelry stores to compare diamonds to theirs and none of the other stores could compete with them. Their diamonds are gorgeous! You can truly tell they take pride in their work and they dedicate all of their time to make sure you are satisfied. I cannot wait to design our wedding bands with them. They definitely have customers for life. I cannot even think of going to a different jewelry store after spending time in theirs. Thank you Thollot for designing the most beautiful ring I have ever seen! Wish I could leave more stars read more

Glen did a wonderful job adding sizing beads to my platinum and diamond ring. I couldn't be happier. Only drawback was the saleswoman that helped me when I picked the ring up. I am in my 60's, with white hair, and she came across to me as condescending. She kept calling me "dear" (older ladies really HATE that!!!) I asked her if she could clean my Tennis Bracelet while I was there and she actually said, "you need to be careful with this because it's real gold." Well, yeah, I've had it for 30 years and I KNOW it's real gold. To say this rubbed me the wrong way is an understatement. Troy, please ask her to tone it down a little. read more
