The staff at the Ben Bridge storefront were fantastic. Amber in particular was very helpful and made sure our pieces were perfect. Be warned, though - make sure any repairs are done thoroughly. At least one of the jewelry repair shops that they contract with might do a half-assed job if you let them. We had brought in my wedding set to be resized. My engagement stone's setting also needed some reinforcement. When we got the rings back, they looked fantastic! The cleaning and polishing jobs made them look so much better. But when we looked under a loupe, the engagement stone had been repositioned, but they had not reinforced the shoulders like they had been asked to do. When we checked the wedding band, the resizing was correct, but when they "touched up" the engraving, it was sloppy and even a completely different lettering style. When we brought this to Amber's attention, she was immediately on our side. She apologized and assured us that she would expedite our order and make sure it was right. To her word, they were everything we had been promised when they came back the second time. I greatly appreciate them standing behind their name and work, even if it took a second round. read more

My now husband and I were on the hunt for a band for him. We were greeted by Amber and she was SO helpful. We were able to find his band....and MINE! They were communicative about the process and called us to let us know our rings arrived. We picked them up and they were amazing. fast forward to almost two years later, I had a baby and needed my band and my wedding ring adjusted to fit my finger again. We called ahead and I dont know who we spoke to but they were very helpful and we came in and Amber happened to be there again, remembered us, and helped me get my ring size and sent them off. Amber called us throughout the process to let us know the update and i was so excited when i got to pick them up. and can i just say, we LOVE our bands we got from here!! I had a great experience both times at this location for watch repairs on my 9 year old son's pikachu watch, even though it was obviously not bought here (wouldn't it be interesting if they had kids watches?!?). The first time was for a battery replacement about a month ago and the second time was today for a buckle and strap loop replacement. Everyone is very welcoming and (most importantly) tries to find a solution before flat out saying no. My son and I are so grateful that they were able to help him with his starter watch. I have a major issue with this place and when it comes to checking you items in and how you get them back. I brought in my Tissot watch for a battery replacement. It was a good price. $35 dollars and a pressure check. Well you might want to rethink this location. When I brought my watch in. They chose not to- Do any form of check in sheet. For damages or what is to be repaired. Receipt for the item you brought in. Cost of said repair/s. Contact information. I thought this was unprofessional, considering if they sell Rolex, Breitling, Tag Heuer and Tissot. This watch was brand new to me 6 month ago and only worn 3 times. The watch had no damage on it. After I received my watch back. I examined the watch for any damage or marks. Sure enough it now has damage on the battery cap and on the case. I can feel it when I have the watch on. I own some expensive watches, and I own some cost-effective ones like the Tissot I brought in. When I looked at my watch and saw damage on it she went to ask he repair man what happened. This is the part that's not ok. I don't believe I have ever been brushed off in such a disgusting manner. When I am told by the jewelry that "I can't verify that the scratches were there and then I brought it in with the damage on it. And besides it's a cheep watch." Wow. Are you kidding!!! What place employs someone that says that to a customer? What if that was my Bremont or my Bell and Ross. Because my watch is a cheap watch, they chose to brush me off and not repair the damage they caused. Good luck taking your precious items to this place. You will not get them back with out damage or who knows you don't have a check In receipt you met never get it back. I am never shopping here again. read more

So I came here a couple years ago to buy a necklace. There was a lady here named Joanne who was so nice and helpful. Offered me credit from Ben Bridge and I was approved for $400. Bought the necklace and even paid the overage. In one month I got my Christmas bonus and paid the entire necklace off right away. Fast forward a couple years and I go in to try and buy a ring about the same price. Before Erik called corporate, he assumed that my credit was still good so I paid the overage for the ring. He called them and they said my account was no good. I don't understand why because I was in good standing with them! Also, I have a 756 credit score. Huh??? Anyhow, I went to Kay Jewelers at the Castle Rock Outlets the next day and they approved me for $3k. I got an even better ring for $1k and turned around and paid it off. I used this jewelry store for years, buying several watches there, but the last time I went in was terrible. I took in my gold Rolex watch for its annual cleaning and to have a dingy on the bezel repaired. The watchmaker's solution was to polish down the entire bezel. My watch was transformed from looking and being a new one into looking like an old one. They offered no adjustment or compromise and I still ended up paying a high bill. I never went back to the store and am reminded of what they did every time I look at my watch. read more

I can't speak for most of their services, but my boyfriend and I went there to just look at rings that I liked and had a great experience there! They didn't push for us to buy a ring that day and understood what we were there to do and what we were looking for. Amber helped us out and was very casual and funny. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Purchased a new band for my wedding ring and they did not get my stone properly placed. The STONE FELL OUT shortly after I received my ring! So, I took it back. The jeweler stated it was their fault and the ring was not damaged in any way. The manager then stated that they would not make it right because I had the stone from a my original engagement band. THEIR ONLY RESPONSE was to try to upsell me a better diamond!!! THEY ADMITTED FAULT, BUT WOULD NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!!! I will NEVER shop there again. The manager had no compassion and ONLY WANTED TO MAKE ANOTHER SALE!!! Would not even refund my care plan. AVOID!!! read more

Zero stars. My husband only wore his ring for 6 months max in 2 years. The rest of the time it was at Ben Bridge Jewelers due to their many errors (incorrect brushing, incorrect sizing) and ultimately after a RUSH order in December in an attempt to get the correct ring, we found out 5 months later (only after reaching out) that the ring I put on my husband's finger on our wedding day had been lost. I was leaving to AZ for a wedding and wanted to get my ring repaired/cleaned. A prong had broken off and I was worried about loosing the diamond. They took great care to get the prong replaced, but had to send it back a second time to be improved a bit. The day I was leaving town, I was unable to make it by the store to pick it up. I asked my husband who was meeting me a day later in AZ to help me out and pick it up... but I forgot to give him the pick up slip. As I'm boarding the plane I realize I didn't even get a chance to call the store to give them permission to give my husband the ring. When I landed in AZ, my husband had left me a message saying he had just spent an hour at the store, calling corporate and every one else trying to get them to give him my ring. The issue of course being he had no pick up slip and even his address on his ID didn't match our current one... The store also called and left me a message, apologizing greatly for the inconvenience but that if I could call them back they would be more than happy to release the ring. I called them and they again apologized, when it wasn't their fault, they were following policy. I sent my husband back in to pick up the ring, and when he got there, they had re-dipped my ring, so it looked like new, and they didn't even charge us for the prong repair. Again to say sorry for the hassle that I had created! That's a business I will go back to forever! read more

I have been shopping for a Rolex for some time. I've tried them on at several stores and thought about buying it each time but it was not until I went into this Ben Bridge in the Park Meadows Mall that I truly felt like I was dealing with the right people to spend this amount of money with. The sales woman Joann A. knows everything you need to know about every type of Rolex made and sold. The manager Yong F. was extemely pleasant to deal with and did everything she could (Rolex doesn't allow you to "deal",) to make the spending of this kind of money as painless as possible. With so many different types of Rolex, this really was one of if not the, only times I've ever spent this amount of money without having any buyers remorse and it is because I knew exactly what I was buying and not buying, all thanks to Joann and Yong. They have a pathetic watch collection and I would drive to Hyde Park to get anything else. There is no Omega, no Breitling, no Audemars Piguet, and no Patek Philippe available here. This place wasted a month of my time and we kept getting the run around. Was told things and then told by another person that the first sales guy had no idea what he was talking about and then come to find out, that lady had no idea what SHE was talking about. So much back and forth. Something that should have been a quick an easy purchase was absolutely not. So many trips back and forth to the store. All we wanted to do was buy the engagement ring I wanted but we were getting told it was real and then that it wasn't real and then again that it was real. Was told we could get a CZ center stone and then we couldn't and then we could and then couldn't... So on and so forth. Also told it would cost $200 to add 16 side stone diamonds and it would take a couple days for the CAD. Then told it takes a lot longer for the CAD and it was more like $1000 for the additional stones. Two different sales people and two totally different answers to everything. Our heads were spinning with confusion. Finally we were able to purchase the ring after so much confusion. It indeed was real except for the CZ in the center which they would sell to us until we get a center diamond. They sent it in to be resized and then after two weeks when we hadn't heard anything, my boyfriend called and they said oh, it was sent back to us because it can't be resized. Like what?? They didn't even bother to let us know and the $1,800 ring he already paid for was just sitting there at the store. Then they offered to order us one but it would take 4-6 weeks and it wouldn't come with a CZ if we ordered one. It would come empty. We don't have the extra $11,000 he wanted us to spend on a center diamond so it was crucial we had the center stone a CZ which we talked about from the beginning! Needless to say it was a horrible experience from beginning to end and we got a refund and are going elsewhere! It just sucks because it took an entire month long process of wasted time and now anywhere else we go will take 4-6 weeks to have a custom one made in my size and it's probably too late to have it ready for when we need it by :( I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! read more

Ryan (Certified Watchmaker no less) is terrific. Took 13-year-old 2000 Heuer for service - bezel spring crapped out after only 1 year or so of replacement (Ryan said looks like factory part, so maybe it was a used one). Here's the thing - he had it in stock ("midsize is rare but when I get rare problems I order a couple spares" - YES!) and had it done during my lunch hour. AND he took extra care to deal with issues at band end pieces (caused by previous inept shop). I will be back and I hope the hell Ryan doesn't zoom off anytime soon. It is extremely rare these days to find such professional and competent service. I will definitely be back to freshen this watch up when next battery comes due. Bottom line - factory Tag-Heuer service. Potential for not having to wait 6+ weeks (he said generally can get parts within about a week)(factory parts) to send watch in. Watchmaker who is happy to bend over backwards to try to polish a t--d (i.e, what previous inept well-reputed Denver watch shop did). I don't hand out praise lightly. read more

I was doing a stroll around Park Meadows the other day when I stopped in to see if they knew of anyone that could adjust my Hamilton automatic that was running about 15 seconds fast/day. I spoke with Gregory who introduced me to their onsite Certified Watchmaker Ryan, who was in the middle of some serious surgery on a watch in his shop (probably a Rolex). Well, he says "no problem" and takes it back into his shop where I could see him though a window working on it... putting on the timer, adjusting it a couple of times and checking out the mechanism with a loop. About 10-15 minutes later, he emerges and hands my Hamilton back over all set to go. You wouldn't even know that it had been opened and it is now running great! While I was waiting I enjoyed talking with Gregory about watches like vintage Heuer, Rolex and Tudor. Great guy who really knows his watches (been in the biz since the 70's) and I also had some fun checking out the current Tudor line. All in all, I spent about 45 minutes in the store, got my watch fixed and had a great time talking with two of the nicest gentlemen in the watch business that I've ever met. 2 weeks ago I walked in ( coming from work in a full suit and tie) to inquire about a Split jump ring form my David Yurman bracelet. A very nice man helped me find it and even attach it for me. total cost @ $5.61. Thursday I returned to to have another one fastened on another bracelet. This time I was dressed in a simple Tommy Bahama shirt, shorts and tennis sneakers. What a difference YOUR CLOTHES make in this store. I was treated like a peasant. When the gentlemen finally came around to assist, he was obviously put off by the lack of a BIG SALE. A quick look at my previous purchases would have given him a better insight. He went in the back and after 20 minutes returned with the same gold split ring as I purchased before. the cost $25. I was stunned. I showed him the one on my arm and that I paid $5 for it 2 weeks ago. He was very uninterested. Now understand this. I would have paid $25 the 1st time......so the money wasn't the issue. But , this was obviously a very calculated and prejudice maneuver. I left. Walked to HELBURGS . Met a lady named Sharon. She politely assist me. Total Charge.......NOTHING!!!!!!....Just a friendly " have a beautiful day" WOW. Talk about REAL people and REAL service...... read more

Like a previous Yelper, I've had my eye on a specific Rolex for a few years. This evening, I went in to take another look and finally ended up making the purchase. Joann is the best - knowledgeable and so friendly - made me feel welcome from the moment we walked into the store. We got there right before closing, filled out the credit app (they thought the credit folks in WA had already went home) and left a deposit. Just as we were pulling out of the parking lot, Joann called to let me know they got the application processed. They were kind enough to stay a bit longer (probably 45 minutes after closing at this point) so we could go back and pick up the watch. After all the paperwork was finished, the manager (sorry I didn't catch her name) took the time to get the watch ready, set the time and took out a link. I can tell you my last Rolex purchase went nothing like this (store in Cherry Creek Mall). They took the payment and basically handed me the box in the watch - since that was my first Rolex, I had no idea how to wind or set the date/time. Had to go back and ask for help. What a tremendous difference - we will be Ben Bridge customers from here on out - thank you for such excellence service! read more
