My go-to smoke shop! Usually has everything I need for fair prices and the staff here are dope. Don't forget to ask about their loyalty program to get your perks! Would highly recommend and easily located off Colorado and Mississippi. Come in and check it out! read more

I really don't recommend this place. My fiancé went in about 2 weeks ago to get a vape. The person behind the counter was really pushy about getting a tip. 10 minutes after leaving, the card was charged again for the same amount. We tried to call the store, no answer. We emailed the email addressed listed in all the other complaints. No response. We're currently filing a dispute with the credit card. If you absolutely have to visit this place, I would highly advise against trusting them with your card information unless you feel like dealing with filing a fraud dispute with your credit card. read more

Every time I've been here I've found exactly what I needEd & service always comes with a smile. Also the selection is great & the workers are knowledgeable about the products if you're not sure of exactly what you may need. I'm heading there now, as a matter of fact! read more

This place was great for first couple months. Then just today the same guy I've been seeing for months was way out of line. Situation is too long too explain here. But I highly recommend staying away from that location. read more

You asked a individual with a Federal Service Dog to move the animal or leave the store. You clearly do not understand the law regarding service animals. Your interpretation of polite is yelling and shouting screaming "fuck you" to your customer. You did not, in fact, politely ask to leave the store... and if a little dog makes you act like a child, my previous assertions of you needing help stand true. When I informed you of the Law and the inability to move the animal, you began shouting and yelling in multiple languages insults and obscenities. Without taking a moment to try to understand the situation, your fear of dogs took over. You said "what if the dog bites me" to which I informed you that Service Animals are trained to perform specific tasks for the handlers health and safety, they are not a threat. To which you said "if you will not move the dog, you have to leave." To help yourself, first, I highly encourage you to follow up with Denver PD and Denver health to inform you of the law. You may not interfere with a service animal performing it's tasks and your dislike of dogs does not give you the right to refuse service. Your very fortunate you changed your tone once you saw the badge or it could've ended much worse for you sir. Although I don't see any personal attacks in the previous review, I've edited it so as to not hurt your sensitive feelings. "Disrespectful, ignorant and a disgrace. Save your time and money and go support a different business. Just because the man at the counter wears a Gucci hat, he thinks it gives him the right to treat others with disrespect. Because he doesn't have the courage to say anything to your face in English, he proceeds to call insults out in his mother tongue. I speak the same language. You need help... personally, professionally and financially. He clearly doesn't know the laws of this country; police officer confirmed. Guys like this talk loud and throw insults to dissuade you. Learn the laws or have fun in jail, bud" read more

The owner was extremely friendly and super helpful. Prices were good for the vapes. It's very organized. I will be back

Guy who works the store is never there. The last 3 times I stopped by (all different times of day) the door has been locked. Not gonna waste my time stopping by anymore, plenty of other smoke shops to go to. read more

This vape shop is GREAT! It has a very knowledgeable and friendly owner. It has a huge variety of vapes and other products; CBD, Kratom, Pipes, Bongs, Lighters, Incense, Gummies,. Anything you can think of this store has it. It is VERY clean and the owner, Gus goes above and beyond! I HIGHLY recommend. read more

Good prices, loyalty program is nice, and wide selection of juices and vapes. Glass isn't bad either, some good pieces for cheap.

Went in this morning to check out the place and grab a couple things, while looking around at pieces I received an important phone call that I took and continued looking and admiring the different glass work when the guy working interrupts me and rudely says "do you need help are you going to get something or what man?" So while on the phone I went ahead and asked the guy working if one of the reclaim catchers would fit my piece, he confirmed it would so I said let's get that and also grabbed a box of whipped cream chargers, he was polite while ringing me up and asked if I wanted a double bag but that initial rudeness was just uncalled for and set a bad vibe for the place read more

Great selection of vape flavors and glass product, everything is very easy to find and look at too. I've been coming here for two years now and the person always working is friendly and helpful. Great store! read more

I hate to give a small business a one star review but this place is not good. If it says they open at 10am that means the guy will show up at 1030 and if it says they close at 10pm I showed up tonight at 920 and they were closed. Showed up a couple days ago mid day thinking there's no way they would be closed and there was a sign he would be back in 30 minutes. I can't catch a break with this place and the part owner who is there everyday is always in a bad mood and you feel like you are doing something wrong just by walking in. Like he's mad about you being there. If you can make it while they are actually open they have a decent selection. read more

Got my head turned on straight after coming here. Learned the history of the hookah smoking a caterpillar, you know when it gives you the call? After I left here I was chasing rainbows and you know when you're going to fall? you know what I'm saying? Great greens, juices, waxes, incense , pipes, vapor shooters , scales, louds, all of that stuff. You know what I mean right? Love coming to Colorado... read more

3 hours agoNEW One of the owners or part owners got mad because i purchased 2 swift vapes one lush ice and one pog i smoked them and they dont have any flavor. I immediately went back into store to try to get this issue resolved. He said we dont exchange and stated to me that i dont like them this is why i want to return also stated that he will loose this transaction. Its not my fault they didnt have flavor. He gave me a return its was like being dismissed for a faulty vape pen which is not on me. I didnt have them like 10mins. He then smoked them and tasted them and claimed they had taste I live in lakewood and drive to this location off of Mississippi not a close drive. I have brougt several people here but it will be the last time and i will inform all that i have came here with his lack of manners and respect and we will not be back. read more

Absolutely the WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I am not one to ever complain or do things like this but the man that was working today @ 2:40pm on 4/7/2022 was completely rude and made me soooooo uncomfortable. He went off on me for absolutely no reason. I couldn't get my card to read and he called me stupid because I couldn't figure it out and then proceeded to insult me- called called me a bitch and to never return. GLADLY. I've also been a big customer at this store; along with many of my friends and will be passing this along to them. Absolutely unacceptable. If you don't like your job- then find a new one and quit being a prick to women. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Left my debit card here on Saturday, went back Sunday to go get it. When I entered the store there were 3 men. These guys not only did not give back my debit card with my name on it after showing them my I'd. They had my card sitting in the counter so I grabbed MY debit card and The guys immediately grabbed me and held me in the shop. My only regret is not calling the police. Had to cancel my card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more
