Charlie the guy thay sold it to me said they dont do refunds. Would have been nice to know before hand. He finally did do a refund but shorted me $1.97. Im working with my cc company to get that back. Also while I was there someone come in looking for tobacco and they lost thier license for a week. Probably sold to underage kids. This store has some shady practices so watch out. I did have a great conversation with Charlie the first time I went in there and he seems like a nice dude but the mention of the word refund and he turns into a complete dick.
