I'd recommend going elsewhere. They advertise they have the best prices on bongs but that itself is not true. In the slightest. But I was in a desperate situation, went in, the guy working was very friendly and I thought very helpful. Sold me a bong for roughly $90 plus tax. I got home and for my second bowl I decided to add ice and use the ice catcher feature. Bad idea. Next time that I went to clear the bong, I got a mouth FULL of bong water because the entire structure in the middle of the bong sucked right off and obviously with me getting a mouth full of water, and then releasing the suction, it caused the whole piece that had just lifted away to smash down on itself and broke the entire inside of the bong. Like the whole inside. So now it functions but only with like a half inch of water, unless you don't mind drinking bong water. figured it was just a poorly made bong by TopSchott so I reluctantly went back and was told they couldnt do anything but I could buy a new bong. On top of other events happening at the time in my life, I just needed a bong again. Badly. So I spent almost another $100 only to get home and realize that I just spent a total of over $200 on pieces of glass just to transport them from the store to my trash can. i basically PAID a business to handle their trash. And not even like a load of trash, two individual bongs. So you're welcome for that, if anyone from the store sees this. You'll receive an invoice for my services. :) anddddd I'll continue driving further away for higher quality bongs at a way better price, at damn near anywhere other than here. Ps. False advertising is a thing that you might want to have your legal or PR team (or even marketing manager) freshen up on. read more

I bought a bong here. Got it home and put in some water and placed it on the counter. All the water leaked out. Never put any weed into it. I brought it back the next day. They said they had a strict no return policy-would not give me a store credit so I could buy a piece that would not leak. I was willing to buy a more expensive piece if I got store credit but that was not allowed. I did not see any signs that said no returns. I was totally ripped off. read more

I purchased a oil pen from there. And a new coil. He said he couldn't afford the 80 cents in change so he kept it. Then got to the truck and it was used they didn't have a replacement for it of equal value the pen was $30 dollars and the replacement coil was 10 so that like 40. Then they handed me one that cost $35 and said I would have to pay extra for the product. I took it with a grain assault. Then I get to my room and the dam thing caught fire. So definitely wouldn't recommend this specific location. I went the the one in Pueblo and that shop was amazing. The guy that was in this shop all he kept saying brother after everything. He was helpful for taking my money is about it. Sounds like owners need to clean house in that shop. How are you going to be selling thing that are used. Again don't go to Aurora location. read more

Customer service at this place was a joke. I walked into a quiet store, and before even saying hello the staff started blasting music so I couldn't even hear when he did greet me. Once I got his attention, the employee showed me one banger and then walked away to help another person while the other employee was on his phone. All in all, I had the staff abandon me 3 times in 10 min. I walked out without buying anything because of how I was treated. I work in the industry and I have spent considerable money at the Bomb, but I am done dealing with their condescending, rude staff. I will no longer be referring my customers to their shop. read more

These guys literally always sticker their glass at a good 60-80% higher than what it's worth. Suckers will pay sticker price. For people they apparently "like" however, they will always tell you "running a sale today, all bongs 80% off". They must like me, lol because I was offered this deal to me the moment I walked in the door. The deal was not offered to the lady who entered after me. Interesting business practice. read more

This is one of the most legit shops in town. I have been looking for a certain item for a while now and forgot to come to this place. Walked in and really the guys inside were really nice. Was helped quickly with what I was looking for. Man alive, their selection was astonishing for such a small place. Found the vaporizer I was looking for $60. Had been to a few other places and I was told the thing I was looking for was well over $200. Here's the best part. When I got home, the vaporizer didn't work. Went back to another shift of guys and they were just as helpful. Took my unit and when they realized I had bought the last one, traded me up to the better one for free. Even when I offered payment they said no. This is the type of business that I do repeat business with. Glad I found you! read more

The only reason I go to this head shop is because it's close to my house. That is it. This place is a joke run by teenagers 95% of the time. Their prices are never what are actually labeled. So it's fucking confusing when you're trying to shop. But I had a particular run in with one of the managers named DAVE. He works at a couple of the other locations as well, but he helped me buy some pieces I needed to dab back in July. I spent $40 on one particular item that I didn't need, spoke to him a few days later and he said that he was in California for a few days but that he would be more than happy to take a look at the item as soon as he got back in town. We even set up a date and a time for me to come in! And when I went in, sure enough they all told me that he was still in California! (He said as long as it was in good shape and still looked new and unused, he would consider giving me a store credit.) I know- he didn't make any promises. That's not the point I'm trying to make here. Well, he ended up blowing me off for months. Every time I called he was "still in California". How unprofessional is that?! It's now October and I still have yet to hear from him. I gave up, fuck it- it was only $40. DAVE if you are reading this: you are a lame ass excuse for a manager of any kind of business.
