$30 for a disposable that only lasted me a week? What a rip off. Stopped here to buy a disposable while on the way back home from the airport. I choose one that I want and am shocked when it's close to $30 in price. I didn't say anything though since the box said 5000 puffs. Well a week later and it's already dead. 5000 puffs in 7 days yeah right... At my local spot I get a 3000 puff device that lasts the same amount of time for a 1/3 of the price. I came here a few times to get some house-made juice from them, along with some few other items like the coils for my mod, some premium juices, checked out a few new mods and vape pens that they have in there on sale, etc. The people there are super nice, the place is always smoky and filled with clouds and clouds but that's just the typical vape store for ya. If it doesn't have the clouds when you walk in, it's not a legit vape store. (jk) The place is super close to my house, it's only about a mile from my place so it's easy to just pull up, get what I want, and leave right away. They have a huge variety of both premium and house-made juices, and they all go for a pretty low price and when you sign up for their text you get like 15% off sometimes when you punch in your phone number so add that up and you save a pretty good amount of money if you shop there frequently and use their discount system. It's a chill, friendly place and the staff knows their stuff and know exactly what you're talking about if you're just starting out and are clueless as to how to quit smoking. Definitely do go there for some guidance and help, they're always there to help you find the best pens and mods you need! read more

Garbage selection with rude employees. The woman with the black hair is the worst of the employees. If you want a good selection of liquids there are several shops a short drive away with excellent friendly service and more than double the flavors. Today is the last day I'll be purchasing anything from this store. They are grossly overpriced on all of their products or never have anything in stock. And 9 times out of 10, the service is mediocre at best. Pro tip: Do not buy any sort of kit there! Their price on the Drag Mini (which they were out of) is $110! That's at least $30 more than any other store! When I asked a guy, the store owner I'm assuming, why their price was so high, he said that the manufacturer sets the price for all the stores. He lied. I showed him that Vapor Leaf in Lakewood is selling them for $69.95, so then he snidely said he had overheard to pay for and I should buy it at the other store. Well no shit! No sane person is going to pay nearly double just to pay your rent space. They're price gouging the hell out of this area because there's not a lot of shops out east. This store and employees are very good. Nice service and lots of products. House juices are well done. I would rather do business with a local company but the markup on the premium juices is a bit much. I'll continue to get coils and house juice in a pinch. However, I can't continue to purchase things marked up 200 percent. Why understand they have a brick-and-mortar rent to pay and employees and such but the markup by the owner is a bit over the top. read more

So I'm gonna start this review by saying that I have given this shop multiples tries with hopes that each experience will be better than the last. I have purchased items 6 different times including my most recent mod. I'm going to break out the key things for this review by topic: The house juice: Smells great!... at first. But this juice is terrible to use and is a headache in a bottle.. literally a HEADACHE. I have tried 6 different house juices all resulting in a headache very soon after use. Then two days after purchase it all smells like straight rubbing alcohol. After purchasing juice one of the times from them the own person that sold it to me was unsure of which flavor was which because the bottles weren't marked. The pods from my precious pod unit: I had a sourin air and when I went in to purchase new pods this shop uses clone pods to save a buck. They turn into instant ash when you hit off them. This is my fault I should have known better than to buy clones. They also sell these clone pods at the same price of the manufacture pods. Their warranty process: I recently bought a Lost Vape Orion from them and was experiencing battery problems one day after purchasing. They wanted me to leave it with them all day and let them decide if they thought there was an issue. I asked if I could go through the manufacture directly to avoid any issues with their "professional opinion" which they said yes to. After contacting the manufacture they let me know there is a card that is included in all of their pod system boxes that includes warranty info which is needed for the warranty, fine by me.. oh wait this shop removed that warranty card from the box forcing all warrenties to go through them. I had a friend also purchase the same mod from them previously and confirmed his came with with no warranty card either, but when I called other local shops they all confirmed that card was included. Also on the receipt they use a pen to cross out the warranty info their receipt has automatically printed on it so they can write their own down. In this case they crossed out the "90 day warranty" the receipt says and hand wrote "30 days" The staff: I Have seen different people in there from the first time I went in to the last time I went in. The positive I can say is that they have all been friendly each time I've gone in. There have been a few questions I've asked they they couldn't answer but at least I can say they weren't rude. All in all this shop has displayed several occurrences in which I would much rather take my business somewhere else then continue to leave this place unsatisfied. Like I said I have yet to leave there with a purchase that didn't have problems. I'm a believer in giving a place more than one shot but this place has yet to have anything truly positive about it other than it's location and that their employees aren't jerks out the gate. Every other local shop I've been to in the area dances circles around this place. Take your business to one of those shops and have the headache of stopping here. read more

This was the worst possible experience I have ever had! I bought what I thought was a new mod a new tank and two additional tanks. The manager actually sold me a broken mod and would not give me a refund or a exchange for a new one. The manager is a lady and does not know what she is doing she didn't know how to properly dilute my solutions and she has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Obviously to save the reputation of the company, I would hire a manager who is actually "fit" for the job. I would hire a new manager and give proper training. "Warning" Save your money, don't get ripped off by these con-artist visit a real vape shop. There went $280 down the drain. read more

Very disappointed. I went into N2 vapes today for my first time. I just bought a new vape the day before and wanted a new flavor. I walked in. The crew worker was very polite and nice. I ordered what I wanted and as I handed my card to them to pay the manager who was larger, dark haired lady looked at me and told me I was not allowed to shop there anymore. I simply asked why and her response was "I know you and don't like you." Word for word. I have never met her or seen her before in my life. I didn't argue with her. I grabbed my stuff and left. I haven't had anytime to mess up or give her a reason to refuse me service. The store on top of that was dirty. Disappointing experience. Will be bringing my business elsewhere. read more
