There are way better shops around the area than this one. Had a bad experience with the owner. Came in and he didn't want to help me after about 10 minutes of standing over the counter. He was too busy on his phone, probably checking in on his 12 Twitter/Instagram followers. I asked for some recommendations and he said "all of my juice is good". So I grabbed one, tried it and wow, it was trash. I believe it was $10 for a 30ml of house juice? I wish it was at least good, but it wasn't and I will never come back here again, even if it was the last vape shop in Colorado. This is my go-to spot for getting juices- I have a lifetime membership with them for which you can pay $5 and get to try out all of the flavors you want. I don't need to try much, I just try out the first couple of flavors and am pretty decisive on what to get. There's usually only one person there, the shop isn't too busy and there are usually only me when I enter the shop. The guy there is super chill knows what he is talking about in terms of getting the right kind of mod, juices, what nicotine level you should start/end at, different tricks to not let your coil burn, random intangible things that I'm sure every vaper knows what to/what not to do. Was in search of a falcon 2 coils... I ended up buying three and some juice... (found out they should only sale packs not individually) at first I was like the juice taste burnt... come to find out my coil is turning red while hitting it. All three did the same thing. I return back to the store to voice my concerns. Was feed that Colorado law say he can't do anything return, exchange nothing but discounts more coils that do not work. Then he blamed my mod and tried selling me a new $60+ mod for a a defective coil problem. I have confirmed nothing wrong with mod or tank, just was sold defective coils. I recently bought a juice and took it home to fill up my tank. As I started hitting it I couldn't breathe and my throat closed up. I had an extreme allergic reaction to it. I had to go to urgent care. I took back the juice and the guy basically was like. There's nothing we can do. I understand they cannot do returns. But I expected a solution. He said that he would at least give me a deal on a new juice. And he did. 2 friggin dollars. I guess that's what my health and time mean to that company. I will not be returning to this shop and I don't recommend anyone else to either. Limited selection. Staff has never been helpful. Ray is the main guy I deal with and have mostly had nothing but good things to say about him. The one complaint I had he cleared up really quickly... It was a problem with another employee who is no longer employed. I work right next door, and frequently come in during my breaks. My only complaints are the selection of premium juices... It's s bit smaller than my home store High Voltage. The house juices are okay, but I only get them if they're gifted to me as I prefer premium. One of my favorite juices is here : Ben johnsons sweet peach tea. Overall, not a bad shop for me since it's so close. read more

Well the service here is MUCH better than the Englewood store. They have a good selection of "boutique" juice although the prices are pretty high. 13 bucks for 15 ml ? Wow. The house juice is more reasonably priced but the tobacco flavors I tried are nasty. Please tone down the chew spit flavor! Overall a good shop. Decent selection of hardware. I was in this store yesterday and while the selection of e-juice is pretty extensive, the professionalism of the staff is lacking greatly. I.E. employees riding a miniature go-cart around the shop while I was waiting to pay for product. when I arrived I was asked what I was looking for. I explained that I was interested in a different flavor profile of juice since I was burned out on my current selections. Now I am fairly new to Vaping, and although I do not know much about the equipment or even the mixtures of the PG to VG = flavor and vapor. The staff makes it a very uncomfortable place to come and get information as well as buy product. The fact that in front of other customers I was called a "Hobbyist" because of my lack of knowledge is quite frustrating, especially since I was in there to become more educated and purchase additional product. Although this shop is the closest to where I live and convenient for purchasing Vaping supplies, I will drive out of my way to find another shop that has a more professional and courteous staff that should be able to inform the customer instead of making them feel like they don't belong in the same room.
