They do not honor their so called 30 day money back guarantee. I bought a vape there and had it 2 weeks and it began leaking. I changed the pod and that one leaked to. I went in and wanted to exchange, but because the device still turned on, they refused to honor it. They then proceeded to cuss me out and threw me out of the store. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, they are a$$holes. Mind you I am a disabled senior citizen! read more

Very very low inventory. Spent $50 on a mini setup. Came home to do some research on it. I know that's kind of backwards but found it online for $15. I feel robbed. The salesmen was alright. Very boring and felt like he just wanted to get back to his phone and his vape. Not happy. Mom and pop shops get upset because we shop online. I understand you need to make a profit but that kind of mark up is insanity. read more

There are way better shops around the area than this one. Had a bad experience with the owner. Came in and he didn't want to help me after about 10 minutes of standing over the counter. He was too busy on his phone, probably checking in on his 12 Twitter/Instagram followers. I asked for some recommendations and he said "all of my juice is good". So I grabbed one, tried it and wow, it was trash. I believe it was $10 for a 30ml of house juice? I wish it was at least good, but it wasn't and I will never come back here again, even if it was the last vape shop in Colorado. A good successful business starts from the top and if the owner is an arrogant unlikable character like that? This place will falter. I wonder how he treats his employees. I'd give this place a 0 if I could. Giving people who vape such bad names, this owner is one of the many reasons why the masses hate vaping and the culture. read more

This is my go-to spot for getting juices- I have a lifetime membership with them for which you can pay $5 and get to try out all of the flavors you want. I don't need to try much, I just try out the first couple of flavors and am pretty decisive on what to get. There's usually only one person there, the shop isn't too busy and there are usually only me when I enter the shop. The guy there is super chill knows what he is talking about in terms of getting the right kind of mod, juices, what nicotine level you should start/end at, different tricks to not let your coil burn, random intangible things that I'm sure every vaper knows what to/what not to do. Cool place! They know their stuff! Come check them out! read more

Was in search of a falcon 2 coils... I ended up buying three and some juice... (found out they should only sale packs not individually) at first I was like the juice taste burnt... come to find out my coil is turning red while hitting it. All three did the same thing. I return back to the store to voice my concerns. Was feed that Colorado law say he can't do anything return, exchange nothing but discounts more coils that do not work. Then he blamed my mod and tried selling me a new $60+ mod for a a defective coil problem. I have confirmed nothing wrong with mod or tank, just was sold defective coils. The did not read correctly which made it burn high. I bought a new pack form VAPEZ in Parker works great. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Overpriced and not very helpful. Compared to other vape stores in the area Inno-Vape is a total ripoff. Charged over $40 more than a nearby competitor for a Kanger Subox mini & $7 more per battery. Make sure you comparison shop, you'll definitely find better value and service elsewhere!!!! read more

These guys are great. They have quite the variety and the guys are are super knowledgeable about the products and they help you out step by step . This place can get busy and I've seen the guys take the time to take care of every person ( even with one staff member .) Deals are good , store set up is nice and location is ideal. Keep it up guys! read more

These guys ROCK. Very helpful & attentive. Gave me exactly what I needed at a very affordable, quality products. If you Vape or just getting started, give this place a try. read more

I'm updating this again but giving them another star. The employees lately have been outstanding. The guys have been very helpful and even opened up my new ecig and showed me how to put it together and everything. I also had to return an item that just wasn't working out for me and they were amazing with the switch out to another product. Keep making good hiring decisions because your customers appreciate it! read more

I always felt like I was bugging them instead of a customer needing advice or help. They didn't seem to value were want my business so I took it down the street Where I feel valued accommodated and always welcomed read more

I recently bought a juice and took it home to fill up my tank. As I started hitting it I couldn't breathe and my throat closed up. I had an extreme allergic reaction to it. I had to go to urgent care. I took back the juice and the guy basically was like. There's nothing we can do. I understand they cannot do returns. But I expected a solution. He said that he would at least give me a deal on a new juice. And he did. 2 friggin dollars. I guess that's what my health and time mean to that company. I will not be returning to this shop and I don't recommend anyone else to either. Limited selection. Staff has never been helpful. I know of much better vape shops that can have my business. read more

I have a problem with how they change the staff Ashton was a very good employee and he was really good to the customers and I don't understand why he is not there anymore. You have had 3 employees that I really like they were very professional and very good to the customers. I wish that you could keep a employee there and stop getting rid of them before you loose your customers. read more

Man, where do I start? The guy there, think his name is Ray. At first nice guy. Stated he was the manager. 2nd time I came in, it was a total 360. This guy must of had a bad day. Guy was dropping F bombs while asking him questions. Just didn't seem like he wanted to help. Any questions I threw at him, he seemed irritated. Last time I go there. Sucky part, this shop is literally down the street from my house. Now I need to find another vape shop to go to. Is he the only one that runs that shop btw??? read more

I used to go to a cigarette store for my vaping products, but found Inno-Vapor and could not be more happy. Ray is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I also appreciate the low-key, no-pressure environment. I am now a loyal customer and would recommend you visit if you're looking for service and selection. read more

Most inno vapor shops are garbage but this one has always been awesome. Cool employees, good mod/juice selection.

Well the service here is MUCH better than the Englewood store. They have a good selection of "boutique" juice although the prices are pretty high. 13 bucks for 15 ml ? Wow. The house juice is more reasonably priced but the tobacco flavors I tried are nasty. Please tone down the chew spit flavor! Overall a good shop. Decent selection of hardware. The guy that is always there is nice enough. (Unlike the rude Bro-fest they have running down in Englewood.) read more

These people are the best; not only do they have the best vape prices and the highest quality juice, they are professional, knowledgeable and very warm and friendly, always. I don't go anywhere else. read more

Ray is the main guy I deal with and have mostly had nothing but good things to say about him. The one complaint I had he cleared up really quickly... It was a problem with another employee who is no longer employed. I work right next door, and frequently come in during my breaks. My only complaints are the selection of premium juices... It's s bit smaller than my home store High Voltage. The house juices are okay, but I only get them if they're gifted to me as I prefer premium. One of my favorite juices is here : Ben johnsons sweet peach tea. Overall, not a bad shop for me since it's so close. read more

Super overpriced. Only have 60 ml bottles for 30 bucks, other stores have 120 ml bottles for 20. Also asked for 3 mg and the idiot gives me 6mg. Really overpriced and unknowledgable. read more

This place has a huge selection of everything, from juices to vape accessories. Not only that but their customer service is A1. Ray is the coolest guy you'll meet and is very knowledgable about the products that he sells read more

I am a long time customer for Innovapor, and today the service was not what it usually was. I had come in asking questions about the new mod I had and he was very uninterested and was more focused on making a leather case rather than helping me with my questions. I absolutely adore this company and most of it's workers but this one today really rubbed me the wrong way. read more

I was in this store yesterday and while the selection of e-juice is pretty extensive, the professionalism of the staff is lacking greatly. I.E. employees riding a miniature go-cart around the shop while I was waiting to pay for product. when I arrived I was asked what I was looking for. I explained that I was interested in a different flavor profile of juice since I was burned out on my current selections. Now I am fairly new to Vaping, and although I do not know much about the equipment or even the mixtures of the PG to VG = flavor and vapor. The staff makes it a very uncomfortable place to come and get information as well as buy product. The fact that in front of other customers I was called a "Hobbyist" because of my lack of knowledge is quite frustrating, especially since I was in there to become more educated and purchase additional product. Although this shop is the closest to where I live and convenient for purchasing Vaping supplies, I will drive out of my way to find another shop that has a more professional and courteous staff that should be able to inform the customer instead of making them feel like they don't belong in the same room. If I could give this place less than 1 star... I would. I would not recommend this business to any friends or family. read more

expensive e juices but overall friendly and helpful! good place to stop buy but you'll walk out broke as a bum.
