Great experience at Tokerz! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was upbeat, welcoming, and very inviting. The store is also extremely well organized, which immediately stood out. They have a clearly separated area for nicotine vapes and accessories and then another section with accessories for "tobacco use", and the variety is honestly one of the largest selections I've seen in a smoke shop. Everything was easy to browse, well laid out, and fully stocked, which made the whole experience comfortable instead of overwhelming. I also had the chance to speak with the owner, who was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. You can tell they take pride in the shop and genuinely want customers to feel welcome. A SAD SHAME! ONE EMPLOYEE RUINS THE WHOLE ENERGY OF THE STORE This place used to be my go to place! Best customer service and a friendly environment, until a certain employee showed up more often. She makes the environment extremely tense and not fun. I have my ID AND AM OF AGE, but everyone I try to go in she says things to me or my friends that is tense. She will say "you better have your I'd or don't bother going in" before we enter the store. One night I went in and forgot my ID, instead of kindly being gestured to go get it she starts speaking with rage. She yells at her coworker and tells me that I'm going to be the reason he gets "his ass chewed out tonight". I don't know about you but that doesn't make me want to come back again(keep in mind I go there about once a week). This isn't the only two encounters I have had. My friends have also been yelled at an accused of being under age when they are not, making them just leave before the can but anything. it's sad because I loved this place, but now I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE. read more
