I had been coming here for years, but this experience changed that…read more They sold me a Puffco Proxy Kit for about $100 more than Puffco's official website and other local stores. I realized the price difference shortly after buying it and came back about 30 minutes later with the product still factory sealed and unopened. I asked if they would match the price or allow a return. The employee called the owner, and after that call her entire demeanor changed. She did not say, "I'm sorry," or explain the decision. She just pushed the box back across the counter, stared at me, and pointed to a no-refund sign. I understand some items may be final sale, especially in a vape shop. But applying that same policy to a $400-$500 sealed device, with no flexibility, no price match, no store credit, and no basic customer service, is disappointing. I left feeling like they did not care at all, even after years of being a customer. I will not be returning.

I didn't second guess it at the time, but upon using it for the first time, I found that it was not new. The vape was Smok brand and supposed to be a premium model. It also comes with 2 refillable pods. The pods that were included were 2 different kinds, and one of them had been used already. The other pod doesn't work in the device at all. The store has a no refunds policy of course, so I just paid $60 for a used vape. I highly suggest going to another more reputable shop if it's possible.

I'm brand new to vaping…read more I went to their sister store first, and they didn't have exactly what I was looking for in stock. The woman there was friendly, helpful, and called this location for me. They had it, so she sent me over. When I got here, the gentleman behind the counter -- I'm sorry I can't remember his name -- was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He had what I originally came for, but took the time to answer all of my questions and help me compare several different products as I kept changing my mind. He pulled multiple options out of the boxes, explained the differences, and gave me his opinion without ever making me feel rushed. I ended up buying something completely different from what I originally came in for, and I'm glad I did. I even tried to price match the item to another source I had seen elsewhere. When he checked their price was already cheaper. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and very fair pricing. I'll definitely be coming back here for anything I need related to vaping. 5 Stars
