The staff here is amazing and they go above and beyond for their customers. I bought an IJOY RDTA box and it began leaking like a sieve almost immediately. One day before the return policy was up, the display went dark and not even a full week later, it would not shut off unless the batteries were removed. One can envision how it turns into a small flaming torch after 10 seconds. I was referred to the manufacturer who would not uphold their warranty (it had not even been a month yet), and was referred to a youtube video, created by a layperson, explaining how to fix this dangerous, leaky model. After doing some research, I found a large amount of people with the same issue. Support this business at your own will. Employee's are forced to work 12 hour shifts, not allowed to leave the store, not allowed to have breaks. The Co Owner Trains employees to ask for customer phone numbers in a way as it is required for the customer to give them their number. He puts unwitting customers in the spam style rewards system on many times without the customers consent. The owner will come in right before you are eligible to have benefits and hand you multiple right ups for not being able to stand the illegal working conditions, promise to not have you loose your job then fire you after you sign it. This is an illegal labor scam. It should not stand for the vaping industry. I have over countless times asked for an employee handbook and was told (Oh well give you one, I'll be by later, etc) while I was terminated the co owner came in, while I had a sign up saying I was in a restroom, jittery looking like he was under the influence of something. This is not professional, this is illegal and is likely going to be dealt in the courts. I for several weeks of working for Rocky Mountian E Cigs (the owner of PA), didn't know there was a camera system installed. Apparently they spy on us and hear all of our conversations. I have had several sexual type comments made from the co owner arising from the system. he fired me and stole my under armor jacket, he physically blocked me and called the police denying me access to the boli poster or any employee handbook or writeup information. They sell broken products and do absolutely nothing for the customer when the product is brought in. Last time I buy anything from this business. Check your mods before you leave to make sure they aren't malfunctioning, charge, because they won't do anything to help you out. Original packaging was needed for my battery to be fixed, situations where a customer brings in a broken or malfunctioned battery should be situated. I had receipt and transaction ID on my credit card to support the purchase and was told to go get all original packaging to send back to supplier. I completely understand that. Offered to even buy a new one to replace it and none available. Why sell a product you have no pieces to fix it with or in stock for situations that come up like this? There's about 10 other vape shops in my area, would not suggest this one. read more

Thanks to Yelp I found this place. I have been looking at getting a good e-cig for awhile with little to no nicotine to kick the habit. Didn't know who to trust and saw so many great reviews...and very close to my house....BONUS!!! Very cool setup inside which you would never know from the rest of the plaza. I worked with Nick to purchase my current unit which did not break the bank at $50. Nick was very knowledgable and gave me tips on cleaning/maintenance and the different models available (I wasn't looking for anything fancy just something that would work), and I got to sample their many great flavors. Selection has depleted to a handful of options. Saw a new face behind the counter today. I'm not even sure she legal age to even buy tobacco products let alone give reputable advice on the topic. Unfortunately her knowledge about the slim variety available told me she doesn't have a clue as to what she's doing. Not very helpful and gave me the wrong information. What happened to the knowledgeable staff and selection? Guess it's time to write this place off entirely. Bummer loss guys. I was ALL about this place when I first went. The atmosphere is clean, friendly, and very relaxed. I first went to Perfect Alternatives about a month ago after hearing about it from a family member. I have been a smoker for 15 years and had dabbled with e-cigs when they were first becoming popular a few years ago. However, the earlier models of the e-cigs were very lacking. I decided to give it another try. Per their suggestions, I purchased the Vision Spinner set--it came with the battery, tank, a couple extra coils, and a carrying case. I also dropped some extra cash in order to purchase an additional battery and tank. I also walked away with a few 10ml bottles of their most popular juices. Two weeks later, my secondary tank began leaving a burnt taste. I thought it probably just needed the coil to be replaced, so I did. However, the next day..same thing. I brought the tank into the store and they too believed it was a malfunctioning coil. They replaced it and it worked great....while I was in the store. About three hours later, the burnt taste was back. I went back to the store the next day and, as luck would have it, it began working fine. I explained multiple times that the burnt taste had been coming and going for the last four days regardless of the replacement of coils. I simply got a shoulder shrug and "well it works now". Obviously within 15 minutes of leaving the store the burnt taste came back. As this was my secondary tank, I decided to chalk it up as a loss and solely use my primary tank which came with the set. However, within four more days this tank began falling apart. It began with the plastic tube, which holds the juice, separating a bit from the metal ring which screws into the coil. A friend, who owned the same model (per my suggestion...oops!), said she had been having the same problem and took hers into the store. They had told her that this was a typical problem and it needed to be snapped back in. I had to do this several times and eventually the coil had problems even screwing into the metal piece. Within a few days, the ENTIRE tank broke off. I would take it back to the store; however, if my previous trip was any indicator I expect I would probably receive a shoulder shrug and not much else. I've had other issues with this Vision Spinner e-cig (juices leaking and the battery failing to contact with the coil), each time I go into the store to discuss the issues...I am told these issues are "typical" and am given some MacGyver instructions to fix it. I have the impression that, at least this model, of e-cig is known to have a variety of issues and believe if that's the case then Perfect Alternatives shouldn't suggest them to their customers or sell them in their stores. I plan to continue to give e-cigs a try but use a different model and a more customer service centered store. read more

BUYER BEWARE! COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I was a smoker for 20 years and decided to give e-cigs a try. After reading the review on yelp, I gave these guys a try. The shop was clean and the nice young lady working there was informative, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about what I was looking for and recommended a Kangertech Subox Mini ($95 at tier store, $20 cheaper at their other competitors). Since she was so helpful, I purchased the unit and a couple 30ml bottles of juice I was able to try. I left overall pleased with my experience and stopped in for coils and some more juice over the next week and a half. That's the end of my positive experience. After exactly 19 days, my unit stopped charging. It would display that it was charging, but the unit would not work when plugged in either. I purchased another battery and plugged that one in. I charged the unit overnight and it showed it was charging. I unplugged the unit and the battery was dead. I live about 20 minutes away, but I went down to the store with my receipt in hand. I figured they were so nice when I bought the unit. I was mistaken. I walked in and the guy that greeted me at the counter(I never had seen him in there before) was intially polite. That is, until he heard I had a problem. He asked to see the unit and after I handed it to him, he plugged it in and smugly said "looks like it's charging to me". Once I told him to try turning the unit on, he got to see my issue and asked for my receipt. After I handed it to him, he did his best Office Space impression by saying "Yeah. . . . . so, it's past the 7 day return period, so you are out of luck. It still vapes, so it works to me. I can sell you a different unit or an external charger" I HAD THE UNIT FOR EXACTLY 20 DAYS! His response: "Yeah. . . . . well, if you read your receipt, you would see that there are no returns after 7 days. I'm sorry" When I told him that all his competitors offer 30 day warranties he shrugged and stated that it was his ownership's policy and all he could do is either sell me a new unit or take $2.00 of a battery charger. I asked about Kanger's 6 month return policy and he said that was my responsibility and he could not help. I got immediately suspicious of a company that refuses to stand behind their products and was wondering if they were selling cheap knockoff units. Luckly, I checked my unit with Kanger and it IS authentic and I am dealing with them on a replacement. Bottom Line, the guy was a real A$$. Couple that with a company that refuses to stand behind their product or even assist a steady customer with an issue. I just can't support that, so I will shop elsewhere and I will be sure to tell the 6 others I sent there to do the same. I liked this place. You could tell the employees cared about the shop and about the experience. They had a decent selection of mods, batteries and tanks and they had a lot of juices. I was disappointed when they didn't know where they got their clones from and that they only carried their own brand of juice. Do not buy from them. I bought 2 new puff bars and after one day they both stopped working! Also the first one I opened didn't hit proper and was done by the end of the night the second one hit better but all of a sudden it stopped working and the light won't even turn on. Not worth the money they charge you. Purchased 2 aspire tanks that are supposed to be the best. They SUCK. You take it back to them with your issues and they then CHARGE you to "fix" your problem so you can bring it back to them in 2 days for the same issue. The guy that helped me had no clue what I was telling him when I told him my atomizer was broken. The one he sold me 2 days beforehand. He was more concerned about my beat up tank that wasn't having any issues. I will NOT recommend this place to ANYBODY I know. Its a waste of money. They're over priced. Its not really worth the time to drive there or the gas you waste getting there. This shop is a thumbs down in my book. read more

First impression is a very nice store. However, the selection of equipment is mostly clones or cheap China made stuff (see other reviews for confirmation of this). The Juices they sell are 'house' blends and although decent, they lack the flavor and complexity of true 'Premium' blends. As an expert vaper, I look for stores that provide KNOWN premium juice brands, authentic mods and attys, as well as a knowledgeable staff. Perfect Alternatives gets 1 out of 3 of these categories. Pricing is the main issue with most people and Perfect Alternatives is on the pricey side for what they are selling. Stores that try and carry only house juices are destined to fail. Was impressed by the one-on-one customer service. The sales person I was helped by was named Richard. I've been vaping for over 2 months, but he was a wealth of knowledge on things I still didnt know or was uneducated about. Very friendly. The location is difficult to find unless you know someone who has already been there and can tell you its in the back corner. The store itself is very clean and uncluttered which I really liked. Lots of options for mods and tips. They keep adding new flavors which is nice but they are limited. The only downfall is they don't mix their own juice on site. All juices are pre-packaged, pre-mixed, and if they are out of the kind or mg you want you simply have to wait until they get more in. Overall great place. Biggest perk: customer service! read more

I use to go to this place, loved it, until the business side started to show. I literally bought their product "the GOAT" terrible idea, in the same day it crapped out on me so I turned around and went in to see what could be done. Nothing absolutely nothing, their own product, and still can't do a thing. All that was said was leave it here for the weekend and we can have someone look at it. After paying $100 for this thing, IN THE SAME DAY! I'm not their every day customer either I go in at least twice a week, I'm loyal. It's a slap in the face. I had been shopping at the Parker location for everything. Spent over $400 and recently moved to Aurora so I wanted to go to the one that was closest to me. I bought a new battery, which when I tried to use it before I left the store, wouldn't work. They tested it and it didn't work for them nor would it charge. They did something to it, tried it again, it worked, and they said I shouldn't have anymore problems. They said if I do, bring it back. I've never had a problem with perfect alternatives before and they have always been awesome. so I left; confidant I had a new battery that worked. it stopped charging a week later. They not only remembered me purchasing it a week prior, but refused to return it and refused to let me speak to the owner. I had seen this manager at the Parker store before and he had never been rude till this day. I will take my business elsewhere. It's pretty sad that they wouldn't resolve my $15 issue after I spent so much money at thier business. read more

The shop has a great selection of RDAs, tanks, mods and premium juices. The customer service lacks. I came in wanting a rebuild and a juice, first of all, I have never had to pay for a build in my time of vaping. For some reason, it's appropriate in this state (coming from Cali) to charge $10 dollars for a standard build. A 12 wrap 24 g. That's outrageous. Especially when I purchase a juice. Secondly, baggering with me over the ohms I want is ludicrous after I told you what build I want. Ohms and builds go hand and hand, so when I stutter because you're making me nervous, don't continue belittling me while I struggle to come up with the words to explain to you what I'm explaining. Thirdly, you do not give sass to your customers. When I say "oh really?" you say yes ma'am. You don't reply back with a snarky, "Yeah, really." I won't be going to this shop and will continue my search in Denver for a reliable and reasonable vape shop. Which by now, has proven to be a great shop in Arvada that does not charge for builds. Customer service is everything gentlemen. It doesn't matter if you do know more than the customer. This will definitely take a role in your business. read more
