Best selection of protein powders, and protein bars (quest bars). Always fully stocked, and they always have the newest quest products. You can't beat the price anywhere! I once asked why they didn't carry a very common product and they told me its because I can get it cheaper elsewhere and they wouldn't be able to match the price. They even told me where I can buy it at the cheapest price. Where else are you going to find a place so honest about their practices? The owner is extremely knowledgeable. He can answer so many questions about macros, protein intake, and overall fitness and health. Every time I go there, I feel as if I learn something new. He takes the time to know his customers and is always there for advice. Great selection, great prices, and great service. Sometimes its hard to find that great of a deal, but I promise that you'll find it here.

Ordered a lavender latte and orange blossom matcha - both delicious, highly recommend.

She had to settle for a small, pre-made pastry thing and I got one of those oatmeal cup things where they just add hot water. I don't know if it's common to run out (or to only make food first thing until it runs out and nothing from then until close time at 4?) We chose to sit outside and they have a few tables but no umbrellas. There were two adirondack chairs and a stone bench further from the door that were partially under a tree so we sat there but otherwise those tables were in direct sunlight. Definitely definitely need to invest in some umbrellas or those overhead curtain things. I'd say nothing stood out here - typical coffee shop and assortment but on my friend's behalf, wish they kept the food in better stock throughout the morning and afternoon.

My guess is…read moreit is related to their supply chain or quality practices keeping it proper temperature and conditions. Every place else I've gotten fish oil from, it's really common to buy something well before it's expiration date that's obviously rancid (gross fish burps, etc). The only way that would happen is if it was transported in a truck that was too hot, or stored improperly, etc. if you order online, and have it delivered to your house, it's even money that your fish oil is a little rancid. Fish oil here was always fresh, never would make you sick or taste rancid. I would make a trip her just to get fish oil and pick up whatever else I needed.

I've used this company about 5 times now and haven't had a bad experience. I use it to sleep and to dull pain. I sleep much better. I use the tincture and cannot comment on their other products. One bottle is about $50 and lasts me about 5 to 6 weeks. Tincture tastes awful, you can put it in a drink but it's heavy and will sink to the bottom if you don't stir the hell out of it and even then will still end up on the bottom making your last sip awful.
