The products here are all products I've seen over the years stand the test of time. Brands that try to reformulate or tweak based on science and feedback. The staff is always attentive at any location I visit and extremely knowledgeable. The price point is on par with purchasing from the brands direct. supplement Giant does a great job marketing by keeping us engaged but not using unrealistic fitness models regurgitating buzz words and pseudo-science. They have actual athletes and local legends to speak to their repertoire of rocket fuels. They don't try to stack cheap shirts and branded things and instead have a tasteful curated select few items allowing us to show our support, which shows me they have integrity and believe in their products. I am anaphylactic allergic to milk and unfortunately allergic to wheat. Those allergies make it difficult to navigate supplements, and I still find options there. At this location Jacob has been exceptionally welcoming and informative in regards to things he can procure if needed, as well as turning me on to products I wasn't aware existed. I do estate gardening/landscaping and am an endurance athlete so, it goes without saying eating can be a full time job, I need supplements to help buy me time between meals and for recovery. I'm so glad to live close to a Supplement Giant again. Thank you so much for your commitment to efficacy and integrity as a business. Thank you for hiring people who seem motivated to help. If I had one wish, it would be for a vegan protein that is strawberry flavored. But, please not pea protein. If you were Santa, I'd ask for a soy-based strawberry vegan protein or a blend. I went in to supplement giant today to get a 5lb tub of protein. I asked if they price matched their local competitors and they said yes. I gave them a reciept showing the price I paid from their competitor just 10 minutes earlier. The guy spoke to the manager and he said they wouldn't price match because it was lower than their cost and that I should go to the competitor to buy more. If you're going to say you price match then you should honor your word. I ended up going to GNC and they were more than happy to do the price match for me which saved me a 20 minute trip across town. I will do all of my business at GNC and supplement world and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. read more

I love Supplement Giant. I've been going here for years and anyone who goes to GNC is a noob!!! I've done price comparisons, and I've found that the protein here is cheaper than what I've found on Amazon Prime or other competitor stores. They always give you free samples, the staff/owner knows what to recommend for your supplement stack if you're a competitor. The employees are really cool with assisting you in finding the right stuff for your fitness goals! They also always give out samples to try new pre workout or bcaa's, That's super helpful. BUT..... I have yet to find a protein that works for me. I've tried Nativ and isothority and I have issues with both! Mostly taste and consistency! Too sweet, too thick... makes it super difficult for me to get the protein down! I'll keep looking until I find the right one but not sure I will find it here. read more
