He can answer so many questions about macros, protein intake, and overall fitness and health. Every time I go there, I feel as if I learn something new. He takes the time to know his customers and is always there for advice. Great selection, great prices, and great service. No wonder there was a big sign that said no refunds / exchanges/ etc ... as I'm sure they've got to have had multiple problems like this. It's a real shame because I spent $100 on an ounce of herb that doesn't burn right and smells bad. It doesn't even ash all the way, my guess is because of whatever mold / fungus is growing. So I went back on 7/4/26... nothing they could do, but offered 10% off to purchase the full kit. 5 days later they have both leaked and spewed liquid all over the place. Took them back in today & showed them, but bc of their 24hr policy... once again, nothing they could do except offer another 10% off on another product. Customer service was good bc they just work there, but the policy is trash. KINGS OF THE 10% OFF SCAM I'd def do some more verbal warning, let ppl know they need a diff charging pack & maybe just drop this product.
