They also have lots of great books, sweet grass & sages to smudge, and classes before. Offerings I've been tempted to attend include making my own lotions, as well as a course on making tinctures. I went to Hanna and she swung her pendulum over my wrist and said, "You need ipecac." I took the homeopathic remedy and my symptoms went away. I began reading her books. Forty years have passed and I still recommend her products except for Anti-Fatigue that shouldn't have her label on it as it is full of chemicals and coated with an unnaturally hard substance from which I broke my tooth. Best to purchase the herbs in bulk. The organic tumeric has just about cleared up my age spots.

I recently started trying Chinese herbs to help combat stress, and she nailed the formula on the first try, which was lucky, but still... she's a complete pro. 100% recommend! I'm a patient for life, or as long as she's running her practice.

Local eggs, bread, soaps and value add products are always available at the register along with a fun selection of Longmont stickers. You can get almost everything here. I haven't loved the laundry soda (it doesn't work nearly as well as Charlie's) but they have tons of options of cleaning products and body care as well as the food selection. You can replace almost everything you buy at the grocery store with something Simply Bulk sells in bulk. You can also pick up free used buckets and 30-55 gallon drums for home and yard use - think of the rain barrels! When I asked to just get a call and do it by phone, the person LAUREN insisted on texting because 'office hours are M-Th' ... ... ... So she was happy to help by impersonal text but not by being a real human on the phone with a real human. And I'm crazy for finding this absurd? So instead I called their main competitor Clarity and got an answer right away, got an appt made by phone with no trouble, and their service is a full $75 less than Holos. What's more, it is in a private room, so you can remove all clothing to get the most accurate reading. There are a couple of negative Google reviews from patients who have PTSD. As someone who also has experienced PTSD, I feel the staff is extremely empathic and accommodating. Altogether, Holos Health sets the bar very high in terms of being both comprehensive *and* friendly.
