If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.

Heather even makes it a point to check in a couple of times within the 2 weeks to make sure you're loving your results. I just had my first full body laser hair removal treatment today too!! I went in SO nervous... like I was expecting it to hurt and it was honestly the easiest thing I've ever done... now I'm just upset that I didn't start this years ago. The whole body (and yes... I mean every crevice... lol) took only 40-45 minutes and I felt super comfortable. She has the most high tech laser wand and there is no pain AT ALL.
