I went in for estradiol pellets to help relieve a few menopause symptoms. At a later visit, while describing new symptoms, Dr. Rastegar discovered and acknowledged she had forgotten to prescribe progesterone, which is a necessary part of this procedure. She inserted another estrogen pellet before addressing the issue, and added a prescription for progesterone. Once I started taking the progesterone, for the next few months I experienced heavy bleeding and painful cramping, ultimately requiring an ultrasound at my own expense that showed a thickened uterine lining, which is a documented result of receiving estradiol without progesterone. When I raised concerns about the prolonged bleeding, discomfort, and the initial oversight, the response was dismissive and framed as "just a risk of HRT". Dr. Rastegar held no accountability of her oversight, nor did she offer meaningful support. Hormone therapy requires careful management and follow-up. That standard was not met in my case, and I want other women to be fully informed before seeking similar treatment here.

Natalie was awesome and gave me a confident consult so I knew what I was getting. They got me in the very next morning (which is rare and just happened because of a chance cancellation) so I was really pleased. I had Dysport in entire forehead and crows feet and Restylane in my lips. The experience is night and day from the other spa. Im in love and will recommend them over and over again. Prices are higher than some, but I think it's worth it to have these procedures done CORRECTLY and the way you want. UPDATE!! Went back in about 5 months later for another round of Dysport and Restylane with LAUREN.... she is the bees knees y'all! They got rid of one of the laser machine which tended to hurt a bit more (the gel application one) so now I feel more comfortable going in knowing it really won't hurt much!
