Then they told me to come in early this evening. I arrived 40 minutes ago, and three different staff members briefly saw me only to disappear because they all had other appointments. I still haven't gotten pricing for my consultation, and I haven't even been set up with applicators for my CoolSculpting session. Wasting a customer's time like this is rude and unprofessional. At my consult, I was literally told that no one needs it (numbing cream, pain management) and that I was not a candidate for Ultherapay since I have a low pain tolerance. After my initial consult, I realized this office is a terrible fit for those of us with nerve endings in our faces. So I declined to sign their contract and found another location that offers pain management. I recently came in for botox at this location. I really liked my nurse, however, the treatment did not come out as expected. I had really bad bruising for over a week (which I know can happen), but a lump appeared under my eyebrow, which has never happened after treatment before. One of the nurses has called to "help" me, however, all she does is tell me that the nurse injected in all the right areas and that my eyebrows were uneven before treatment. She does not listen to my concerns and will ultimately continue to tell me that nothing they did was wrong. Awful customer service! Never coming back to this location. read more

I have called to reschedule my IPL appointment because I have Covid and was told it's $50 to reschedule and they can't waive the fee. So I said fine, I'll just come in for the appointment then and the receptionist laughed at me and said they can't treat me if I'm sick. So they can't treat me while sick, but won't waive the fee to reschedule. I was transferred to client services who then told me only the clinic could help me. I was told they had a special for $8.90 per unit which is fantastic so I booked right away. At my appointment I confirmed The price Per unit and was told that is only if I do more than 100 units and pay a $300 membership fee. I asked about the normal unit rate and was told $10 per unit. Though I was disappointed I decided to proceed. After waiting an additional 25 min for my technician she then told the unit price was actually $13. At this point the price has changed 3 times and I felt duped so I left with no Botox. It's. It not a matter of money but a matter of pricing transparency and honesty. I was booked to have a procedure done. I canceled the appointment but was still charged using their in house financing. it is now reporting on my credit as bad debt. I called several times and spoke to multiple people here telling them to tell the finance company that I never came in for my booked service so it wouldn't show up as me using it. The people I spoke to here stated they would take care of it but obviously never did. That is lazy customer service. it was not a cheap appointment either. The finance company told me I had to speak to the merchant because they could not do anything to help me. I'm upset that no one reached out to me to help resolve my issue. I went to Ideal Image for Ultherapy it was very painful and expensive. I now have nerve damage on my lower face and neck. My neck is the worst it feels like a blistering sunburn all the time, I cannot have anything touching my neck not even a shirt without being in severe pain. My lower face and neck look horrible, much worse now than before I went in. It has been almost 2 years now my skin is constantly dry, flaky, itchy and still always in severe pain every day. It hurts to even rub my neck to try and stop it from itching or to try and put lotion on. I have spoken to several people at Ideal Image and was told the same thing, give it time and go see your primary care doctor. My primary doctor cannot do anything other than the nerve conduction test (which I had to pay out of pocket for because it was due to cosmetic procedure) that showed I have nerve damage. I am not one to write reviews, but this is very serious, and I would never want anyone to experience this. I have tried to leave a review on their website, but it would not let me. read more

This is a scam. I answered an Instagram ad, was told I had to have a zoom meeting with a "medical expert". The intake lady couldn't answer some basic questions. Then I re-asked on the zoom call, what kind of side effects? Is there inflammation from the coolsculpting? The woman got triggered, said, "oh no, never, but you may get some swelling or bruising." LOL! I told her swelling and bruising IS inflammation! Then when I asked her to send me her quotes in writing, I got nothing but a link to the general website. The Instagram ad said 50% off. I kept asking 50% off of what? Then the zoom call said, it's actually 25% off and that the ad said "up to 50%". It did not! Even the scheduler confirmed the 50% off sale. Then I asked for information on the clinic in my neighborhood, she refused, said everything goes through her.. She said she's in Oregon. Why would I pay her in Oregon when she won't be treating me in my home state? The scheduler was in Tampa, and the Zoom came from Oregon and they refuse to let me connect with the actual people who would be treating me until I paid the Oregon lady in full, to the tune of $1,675. They want me to sign up for a 16 month plan after i was clearly told I would just need two sessions for hair to visible be gone. I didn't meet with the person who will preform the treatment, which I outright think is scary, so they just expect me to meet them after I pay? They took my back into this little office just to talk to me about payment plans. The lady used laminated diagram to show me how "laser hair removal is preformed" with a dry erase marker- She's not even the o e that physically does the treatment! So I've been a client since 2011. I started my treatments of laser hair removal in Seattle. Great service there. Never had an issue. When I moved home to Colorado I moved my treatments here. The whole time I hated it. I first went to Westminster which I had an issue there with the ladies. So I started going south to the other location. Over all my whole experience's where horrible with the appointments. I think I really only had one professional lady that actually helped. I finally gave up on my treatments because it was more of a head ache. Fast forward from 2013 which was my last treatment to now. I still have hair and it's getting thicker so I'm at the point where I need treatments again. I've just been putting it off for years. So I called made an appointment for my life time guarantee. And was told I have to pay a copay. OK I'm fine with copay. Let's set appt. I updated my new phone number but told the lady I don't really use my old email. We should update that too. Or if they can txt me with the appt info. She said yes and they will call. Ok fine. (But my email never was updated.) I also never received a txt confirmation. Later a few days before appt a lady called to confirm appt. I asked can you please txt me the appt info I was busy at work at the time. She said yes. But still I never received a txt. The morning came and missed the appt. I called to let them know I missed my appt and wanted to see if I can come now. It was only about 30 min after the appt time. She put me on hold then said she will call back. I waited an hour and I had to call back my self to talk. She said she was just busy and forgot to call me back. So then we start looking at new appt times. Everything is a month out. Which really sucks. And everywhere. Not just that place. So we find the date to reschedule about a month out. Then at the end of the conversation she try's and hit me with a 50 dollar charge for not showing up. This is out of no where! she said I can't do any thing my hands are tied. And you just have to pay the 50 dollars then gave me a number to call to complain about fee. I called the number that lady said there is nothing she can do they have to charge that and to call back that location to complain. Ok so at this point I'm getting no where and they want to give me a run around. Also she said call back on Monday to talk to a manager. Ok so we hung up not on good terms. I was going to wait to leave a review based on my future call on Monday. But after reading all these bad reviews. I must leave my experience over all. I paid thousands of dollars at ideal image. I'm not at all satisfied. Not even a tiny percent. For right now I'm canceling my treatments and I am definitely not going to be going back to ideal image ever. It's going to take a lot of convincing to even let me entertain the thought of ever going back. They are expensive and they very unethical. You can't charge a fee with out telling some one there will be a fee. Period. Also I paid for lifetime which means I'm owed a life time! Do not make it so difficult for me to where I don't even want to come in due to lack of professionalism. Which is the reason I gave up on them in 2013. My wife has been using Ideal Image for laser treatment for hair removal. This review is from my point of view. The staff seems extremely nice. Today was my first time in the lobby which is comfortable. The reason I waited in the lobby is because one of the providers was out. We waited about a hour to go back after the appointment time. Not horrible, but it is what it is. This issue, in combination with several of her appointment being canceled by the staff for various reasons, is why I lower my rating. During the nearly two years my wife has been going, she has been canceled on at least 5 or 6 times. That's just unacceptable. It's also a good portion this string of appointments has gone on so long. The cost of these procedures are fairly high. A bit more reliable service needs to be provided along with that premium cost. read more

I have to give them 2 stars for being such very nice people but they are stuck working for a company with bad ethics and business practices. I received a 50% off offer for Ultherapy but wasn't told about the details until after the purchase. There are no refunds for any reason at Ideal Image and the Ultherapy really hurts. I was not told it would hurt in advance and I was not able to finish the session. I went back a 2nd time after taking pain meds to try again but the pain was still too great. It feels very much like having someone stick tiny pins into your face over and over and over. Then I bought some face moisturizer and its really bad stuff. It was about $50 which is no small change and it is sticky when put on my face. There was no tester and they don't allow anyone to try a product in advance of buying it. If you don't like the product, they won't take it back and give a refund. There is no one else who does business like that. This is a badly managed company with very nice people who are doing their best to work within very unethical guidelines. I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB and my state consumer agency in order to try to get a refund for the Ultherapy. I no longer trust Ideal Image and won't go back. Jessica K recently performed mild botox on my crows feet and forehead, as well as some lip fillers. I have EXTREMELY small lips and I told Jessica I wanted very natural full lips. I am petrified of needles, cried twice, and she was an absolute sweetheart. Seriously such a genuinely kind soul and made me feel so comfortable. My lips look incredibly. They are still swollen as I just got them done yesterday, but they are exactly what I envisioned and all my friends are stunned already at the natural look. The first woman Kelsey I spoke to was absolutely amazing! she was so lovely and incredibly helpful, however the wonderful customer service ended there. Artist Anderson was incredibly rude, I've worked in customer service ten years and can't even imagine speaking to anyone that way. I'll start with the fact that he wouldn't do a zoom call and just guessed at how much botox I would need, which seems completely unprofessional. I expect when I'm trusting any company with my health and well being to at least do the zoom call I was told was standard by Kelsey just minutes before. I wish I had hung up after that because then started literally the worst customer service I've ever had. He was extremely rude about me having to discuss it with my husband (something I imagine most married people do) he said in his entire time doing this he had never heard of any woman have to discuss it with their husband, which I find unbelievable. He was belittling and condescending about everything.To finish up an already unbearable conversation he then told me he wouldn't bother reaching out to me because it was "such a small sale" and that "I would have to reach out to him if I actually wanted to make it happen". I'm not joking that an actual quote from someone who is trying to make a living in sales. I'm hoping it's just a "sales tactic" and that he's not this unpleasant in his real life. Either way, I imagine his bullying woman into getting work done by making them feel unimportant can't possibly be as successful as he thinks it, and he'll hopefully be considering a new career path soon. If I was his manager I would embarrassed to employ someone with so little tact, especially in sales/medical setting. Overall my experience was completely unprofessional. I wouldn't trust anything, let alone my face with someone who couldn't even be bothered to do a zoom call or even reach out to me. Thankfully I've found another person who is more than happy to take care of me in a completely professional way. I came to Ideal Image after trying electrolysis for 2 years. I was told that laser did not work on black skin. BUT they were wrong! The hair removal process was carefully explained. The staff was patient, supportive and courteous. I am so glad I went to Ideal Image. I've had 6 treatments and the hair has not returned. Today I met Nicole who did my treatment. She was so thorough! She took the time to review my medications, asked about other areas I might consider having hair removed and listened to my concerns. I'm absolutely done with this location. I hope if there is a regional or director reading these they call me so I can explain the amount of ridiculously eunacceptable experiences I have had here. This location has had so many people in and out that no one has a clue what's going on and there is NEVER a manager there to speak to. I've scheduled appointments and then gotten confirmation emails for DIFFERENT appointment dates/times that I couldn't do. Had to re-schedule, been told "I'll call you by this date" and received zero calls, had my chart LOST for months...no one knows anything about my treatments, I have to explain EVERY TIME to someone NEW. I don't understand?!? At what f'ing point do you not just create a NEW CHART. I get told my appointment is for one thing, show up and get told it's for something else and they can't do what I had planned for!!!! Today, I showed up expecting to do coolsculpting on my middle abdomen and flanks, when I got there I was informed the appointment was just for flanks....so I asked if we could just do middle abdomen instead of flanks, she says yes. Then we do photos, and spend 20 minutes talking about middle abdomen. She traces and decided I should use the bigger applicator. Then tells me, we can't do it because it's and extra 10 min on each side.... The amount of time we spent figuring all of that out is the amount of time to do it. DONT SAY YES IF YOU DONT KNOW. DONT TELL SOMEONE YOU WILL CALL THEM BACK IF YOU WONT. DONT LIE ABOUT APPOINTMENTS, SCHEDULING, AND EMPLOYMENT TURNOVER. Someone needs to check in on this GM. I've been a Retail Regional Manager for the last 6 years and a GM for 12 years before that. I would never let my manager run a business this way. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life! I drove 45 min to this location and had to wait an hour to be seen even WITH an appointment. When I spoke to the person making the appointment over the phone, I was told that I would have my consultation first and then my services performed directly after. So I made the drive and got there I waited an hour and kept checking in with the front desk asking when I would be able to come back because I didn't want to hit rush hour traffic. They assured me 5-10 min every time. Obviously, that was not the case. Natalie then took me back and told me she would not be able to do the procedure because it was not before 2:30. This was never communicated with me when I made the appointment-- it was actually the opposite. So they just sent me away with no remorse of me having made an appointment and driving all of that way and waiting an hour to be seen. Natalie has absolutely no respect for people's time, as she took a 3:15 appointment over me that was scheduled for 3:00. So technically she could have seen me but she decided to take another client over one that was actually there. I have never experienced such disrespect in my life. Had a HORRIBLE experience at a different spa in Cherry Creek concerning Dysport and Juvederm for lips. I was really hesitant to find a new place and try again. However I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this location for Ideal Image. They were welcoming and answered all my questions. I was very upfront with my concerns having used a different spa in the past. They didn't try and put the other spa down, instead they were classy and made their policies and procedures very clear so I knew exactly what I would be getting. Natalie was awesome and gave me a confident consult so I knew what I was getting. They got me in the very next morning (which is rare and just happened because of a chance cancellation) so I was really pleased. I had Dysport in entire forehead and crows feet and Restylane in my lips. The experience is night and day from the other spa. Im in love and will recommend them over and over again. Prices are higher than some, but I think it's worth it to have these procedures done CORRECTLY and the way you want. UPDATE!! Went back in about 5 months later for another round of Dysport and Restylane with LAUREN.... she is the bees knees y'all! She just has an eye for EXACTLY what you should have concerning lip shape and aesthetics. I've found a forever home here! read more

1 thing I do like is the nurses, they have great attitude and make it less stressful. Also, the laser hair removal works great. BUT I feel like I was lied to, and not informed of all information dealing with cool sculpting. If you want to know the truth, you need two times before anything shows. I was not told this until my follow up appointment. Now I am 2000$ wasted and 3 hours I will never get back. I only wanted a little off, not all of it. I was told how many passes I needed to get all of it off but did not tell me 1 pass was not good enough. It was a big decision for me to actually get laser hair removal. I went into ideal image and they were great but they are extremely over priced. I kinda regret going there because I paid $700 for a tiny area. If I would've went anywhere else I would have paid about 75% less. Such a rip off. Take your money else where and get the same service and quality for less. I'm kicking myself because I should've done my research before spending that much money. Definitely feeling ripped off. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! :) :) :) I started laser a little over a year ago and 99% of my hair is gone, except the blond ones. I am very happy with the hair removal. It would be nice to have consistent staff, I think I only got the same person two times and I think my experience would have been better if I had the same person taking care of me. The price is pretty high, so I can't afford more area's right now :( read more
