As the other lady brought the IPL machine in she said " if you get an error sign just turn it off and on again and it will go away. I called the next day talking to Dominic who said he was a manager there. I explained to him I had zero reaction from the IPL treatment and he was cold and rude. In person he is polite but he is not a problem solver. I was more put off by his reaction then the treatment. I expected him to want to fix the problem but he just said his lasers are not very powerful and I shouldn't expect to see results. Needless to say I was not refunded and once again I was snookered by a good deal and bad people. It sucks!!!

I had…read morea botched surgery from another clinic that I went to in boulder and he did his absolute best to give me what I wanted no matter how many surgeries it would take. He didn't charge me the second time because he wanted to get me what I wanted no matter what. He cares for his patients is quick about it and talks you through everything. The nurses are lovely and always helpful, and I have never had a bad experience here. I am so glad I was recommended to this clinic by a friend who went to Dr Wolf for a gyno surgery. It looks amazing now and I'm recovering now, super happy and excited to see how it heals! The only thing I will say is that the front desk is very 50/50. I told them my nipple was possibly necrotic and they did everything in their power to not help me. Sometimes they're great and sometimes they're awful. This time I had to call over 10 times after being hung up on and told to remove stefi strips myself one day after surgery, just to get someone from the staff to contact Dr Steinwald, which once he heard he immediately called me in. I find the cherry creek front desk staff are usually way worse than the golden front desk.

This is definitely my new go to place for the occasional spray tan. She's sending me care instructions too, which will be helpful. About the space: it's not in a *great* location near Colfax, but it's easy to get to. The office building it's in is nice with plenty of parking. Her neck became so inflamed that she returned one week later to be sure this was normal; she was told it was. After 7 weeks of excruciating pain, 2 trips to the hospital with complaints of dizziness, cloudy-head, confusion, unable to walk steady and so uncomfortable that she pulled away from her family and friends due to depression, we finally went for another opinion. The other dermatologist was HORRIFIED that Dr. Neyman prescribed these two drugs concurrently and had my mom stop taking them immediately. This office has no clue how to work with elderly patients. I would not recommend them to anyone you love.
