If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.

When I mentioned I was moving to a state without a Semper Laser location, I was told I could simply "fly back every six weeks for treatment", which is completely unrealistic and not a reasonable solution!! So now I'll still have to pay for services that I cannot receive (by no fault of my own). I also felt pressured at times to add more services to my plan, which made the experience uncomfortable.
