I will be filing a complaint with consumer protection services and/or the attorney general after I do some more research. Up to this point the staff was very nice and generous. They are having the front desk call us to do the dirty work and you can hear in their voice that they know this isn't ethically right or very good customer service. Also look up their BBB rating, not good.

You get 12 sessions plus touchups for life when signing up, the scheduling is easy and quick- as soon as you're done with your session you walk out to the front desk and they schedule you there and then. I recommend making your appointments or giving them a heads up as I believe they will start charging for missing your appointment. The establishment is well sanitized and they provide a cover up dress while getting your session done. You can get almost everything done, besides anything near your eyes. If you are looking for something specific I recommend bringing it up when getting your session done. Lastly, they provide a pay plan where you can pay monthly or you can pay all at once. It is well worth it in my opinion! I'm able to see results after the 3rd session and reason I keep going back and getting more areas done! The vibes are also great, very cute inside! I voiced my concerns during my last 3-4 appointments, and each time I was told they were "trying something different." It became obvious the treatments were a waste of my time, so I stopped going before finishing my remaining prepaid sessions. I previously had laser hair removal in another city with fantastic results. The customer service has been even more disappointing. After I stopped going for sessions, my credit card was compromised and my autopay never transferred to my new card. Instead of Semper reaching out to let me know a payment had failed, they sent me over to a debt collector. I learned of this via text from a collections agency that looked so much like spam, I almost ignored it. Since then, I have called Semper's office and left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails and text messages, and even gone in person to try to speak with someone. I still haven't been able to get confirmation that the debt is legitimate or get a copy of my contract. Between ineffective treatments and awful customer service, spare yourself and look elsewhere.
