I started going here after getting 8 sessions for free and after seeing results I decided to get more areas done. I recommend looking at their deals as they run new promotions every month that don't compare to other establishments, in a good way! You get 12 sessions plus touchups for life when signing up, the scheduling is easy and quick- as soon as you're done with your session you walk out to the front desk and they schedule you there and then. I recommend making your appointments or giving them a heads up as I believe they will start charging for missing your appointment. The establishment is well sanitized and they provide a cover up dress while getting your session done. You can get almost everything done, besides anything near your eyes. If you are looking for something specific I recommend bringing it up when getting your session done. Lastly, they provide a pay plan where you can pay monthly or you can pay all at once. It is well worth it in my opinion! I'm able to see results after the 3rd session and reason I keep going back and getting more areas done! The vibes are also great, very cute inside! Go somewhere else. The treatments simply did not work. I completed around 7 sessions but saw barely any results. I voiced my concerns during my last 3-4 appointments, and each time I was told they were "trying something different." It became obvious the treatments were a waste of my time, so I stopped going before finishing my remaining prepaid sessions. I previously had laser hair removal in another city with fantastic results. The customer service has been even more disappointing. After I stopped going for sessions, my credit card was compromised and my autopay never transferred to my new card. Instead of Semper reaching out to let me know a payment had failed, they sent me over to a debt collector. I learned of this via text from a collections agency that looked so much like spam, I almost ignored it. Since then, I have called Semper's office and left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails and text messages, and even gone in person to try to speak with someone. I still haven't been able to get confirmation that the debt is legitimate or get a copy of my contract. Between ineffective treatments and awful customer service, spare yourself and look elsewhere. read more

this place is scam!! it lacks of a manager the account disorganization is their forte. if you wanted to resolve anything be prepared to handle a lot of headaches they don't have any clue of what to do how to resolve account issues so good luck to you if your choosing this place to do your treatment. read more

I had a really mixed experience here. The staff were kind, and the treatments themselves do seem effective. However, the overall experience left me disappointed. I was trying to resolve concerns with the clinic director, Hailey, and was told I would receive a follow-up call... but that never happened. That lack of communication was frustrating (as an "expected call" has happened other times) , especially when trying to address a legitimate issue. Additionally, I feel the contract terms were not clearly explained upfront (they rushed over some details initially). When I mentioned I was moving to a state without a Semper Laser location, I was told I could simply "fly back every six weeks for treatment", which is completely unrealistic and not a reasonable solution!! So now I'll still have to pay for services that I cannot receive (by no fault of my own). I also felt pressured at times to add more services to my plan, which made the experience uncomfortable. I would encourage anyone considering this place to take their time, ask questions, and NOT feel rushed or pressured into committing to more than they originally planned. While the service itself works, the customer experience and contract transparency need serious improvement! read more

I've had a mixed experience. I really liked the laser tech who performed my treatment - she was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. However, I felt pressured to take advantage of a "deal," when I later realized that they run promotions like that all the time. My experience scheduling appointments has been frustrating. Appointments are booked far in advance, and when I had to cancel once, the soonest I could reschedule was a month and a half later. As someone who works full time and has limited schedule flexibility, this made the process very difficult. The treatment itself was good (thanks to the great technician), but the scheduling difficulties and sales pressure took away from the experience. read more

I feel like I finally found a laser spa with laser machines/treatments that actually work! I can't even begin to count the number of laser treatments and spas I've tried in the past, none of which have given me lasting results. Semper laser is an exception. I'm so pleased with the hair removal/reduction I've gotten from my treatments here. And at least for now, I can say it's lasting! Not to mention the spa itself feels like a total retreat. It's chic, modern, clean and just an overall beautiful space. Being in the cherry creek area makes it super accessible too! My laser tech from day 1 has been Brenda. She is definitely, hands down who you want to work with if you go Semper. She is the sweetest soul and is always willing to go above and beyond. She is also super knowledgeable! The way this place operates can be very unaccommodating and unprofessional they don't hold themselves to the same standard that they hold you. I've had seven sessions so far and out of the seven sessions, They were running late or behind on three of those sessions and asked me to please be patient and wait . I Never gave them any issues while I waited, even though on my 7th session they were running 30 minutes behind schedule. Most people would be upset waiting 30 minutes for an appointment yet I kept my cool and was super understanding because I know things happen. I'm supposed to have eight sessions, today was supposed to be my 8th and last session. I was walking down the stairs to their doors and they called me (I was seven minutes late totally know I'm at fault) and they told me that they could not take me in for my appointment as I was late, and I explained that they've made me wait multiple times and they said "we understand, but that's out of our control but you do have to be on time" I said most businesses offer a 10 to 15 minute grace period, and I am less than 10 minutes late. You should be able to get me in and they refused. It's just super unprofessional specially since they've made me wait because they were running late multiple times. My sessions are for my under arms and the session takes 10 minutes or less so it'd be super easy to squeeze me in and they could do what they've done multiple times to me and say we're running behind to other clients since they had to squeeze me in, but apparently they can do it for other people, but not me, they just make me wait most likely don't even want to finish my session with them, as their lasers aren't as strong as other clinics because I've had friends go to other clinics and they said their under arms were done in four sessions and they have the same hair color, texture and thickness as I do. I'm already on my seventh session and I'm only at around 50% reduction when I should be at least 80% at this point. read more

i came in to the location when it opened for a free session and I was really impressed with the customer service, knowledge that i was given, and how easy the procedure was. i was given clear instructions on complete aftercare so i had no worries when i left. i will definitely be returning back again, higjly recommend :) read more
