The establishment is well sanitized and they provide a cover up dress while getting your session done. You can get almost everything done, besides anything near your eyes. If you are looking for something specific I recommend bringing it up when getting your session done. Lastly, they provide a pay plan where you can pay monthly or you can pay all at once. It is well worth it in my opinion! I'm able to see results after the 3rd session and reason I keep going back and getting more areas done! The vibes are also great, very cute inside! When I mentioned I was moving to a state without a Semper Laser location, I was told I could simply "fly back every six weeks for treatment", which is completely unrealistic and not a reasonable solution!! So now I'll still have to pay for services that I cannot receive (by no fault of my own). I also felt pressured at times to add more services to my plan, which made the experience uncomfortable. I would encourage anyone considering this place to take their time, ask questions, and NOT feel rushed or pressured into committing to more than they originally planned. If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.

On top of everything, I left with my face feeling more dry than it did when I went in. No products get put on at the end or anything. Complete and total waste of $150. I will say I never had a bad experience with my laser hair removal or Xeomin, besides my initial phone call where I was talked into a $3500 package by a very pushy sales woman who told me my hair would be completely gone after my treatments and that's ..not how it works.
