This is for consultation only with Kaylene - I have purchased both the membership and treatments and will be having my treatments continue with them. Love the ambiance of the place Love the welcoming nature of the location and service over all as they answer your questions. Only comment is to make sure both service provider and front desk are aligned on the treatment patient will be getting. (I had a small confusion on my appointment and package purchased - nothing detrimental ) 10/10 would recommend read more

The Luxe Room - Inside waiting room - offered a water while u was waiting. 2024 they have a new look and did a revamp! - Aestheticians Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I think Danielle and Morgan are amazing l! Both are very honest and great at what they do! I will go back to them and trust them. However, my experience with Kaylen for skin care was not an amazing experience. I briefly had the membership a few years ago and did 3 treatments with her but when I consulted with her instead of her advising me on what would be the best treatments - she was like it's up to you which treatments you want to do..which yes it's up to me but it's up to you the Professional to suggest what are the best treatments for me. After the fact, she was like laser genesis is great for acne - I was like that would have been good to know and maybe for you to say from the beginning. I didn't renew my membership because I wasn't going to go back to her. read more

From the moment I walked in, the front desk made me feel so welcome. Brittnay, the manager, was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to fit me in with my busy schedule. Yana is truly a gem so talented, professional, and gentle. She explained everything perfectly and followed up after my appointment with helpful emails. I honestly don't want to go to anyone else now! The Luxe Room is gorgeous, calm, and the whole experience was 10/10 (or 10 stars if I could!) read more

***UPDATE*** They still have not refunded me the entire amount. They tried to make me sign a NDA and delete this review/never tell anyone about my results in order to receive the refund. This is how they maintain their 5 star rating. I obviously refused to sign. Hiding their negligence is absolutely unacceptable! **2ND UPDATE** I still have not received a full refund since I will not sign a NDA (picture attached) and the owner has asked me AGAIN to remove my review. (picture attached) I visited The Luxe Room for a microneedling treatment and made it very clear to my provider that I have extremely sensitive skin and was concerned about redness and irritation. She reassured me that microneedling was the right treatment for my concerns and that my skin would respond well. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Within days, after the normal bounds of recovery, my skin became severely inflamed bright red, itchy, painful to the touch, and covered in acne and rash like bumps. It's never looked or felt worse. I now have to see a dermatologist to get it treated because it's not improving on its own. When I reached out to the clinic, I was told I would receive a refund, but only after signing a liability waiver. Since then, I've been met with delays and broken promises. Several deadlines have come and gone, and they still haven't followed through. This has been an incredibly distressing and painful experience, both physically and emotionally. I would strongly caution anyone with sensitive or reactive skin to think twice before booking here, not just because of the reaction I had, but because of the way the aftermath was handled. read more

Kim R. was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took the time to go over different options, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. I am very happy with my Botox results. On top of being incredibly skilled, Kim has a fantastic sense of humor that made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be going back--The Luxe Room is the only place I will ever go! read more

The Luxe Room is a little piece of heaven on earth! I've had so many services here and they have all been perfection. The owner (Danielle) has built this business with so much knowledge and love, I won't ever be going to another med spa! Chelsi has completely TRANSFORMED my skin over the years!! I've dealt with persistent cystic acne and overall troubled skin for so many years, and she is the sole reason I fee comfortable to leave home without foundation on. I truly never thought I'd see the day she is a MASTER at what she does, and has helped me more than any dermatologist I've seen (and I've seen so so many). I've had facials, peels, & RF micro-needling from her and the results have blow me away each time. Not only is she the best at what she does, but she is the sweetest bit of sunshine! I feel like I'm hanging out with my friend every time I see her!! Please, do yourself a favor and make an appointment today! You'll thank me later!! read more

I have found my place!!! Scheduling, the smiles when you walk in...Dani Newcomb!!!! The place is clean, professional and painless!! I was SO nervous to get Botox...felt like I had known Dani my whole life. She's amazing. Look forward to a long relationship with adani and everyone at The Luxe Room. They are simply the best!! read more

I had a botox + follow up appointment with Melissa Murray, and could not recommend her more highly! She has such an excellent bedside manner and a perfectionists attention to detail, plus somehow managed to deliver a virtually painless experience. It was my first time visiting The Luxe Room / nearly a year since my last botox treatment, so we erred a bit on the conservative side with a plan to follow up after 2 weeks to see how everything settled. The initial round was excellent as it was, but the follow up for a few units to perfect the results was really the cherry on top! Melissa also goes above and beyond with post-appointment check-in's via email to ensure everything was satisfactory. Will definitely continue receiving treatments with her! read more

Morgan is the absolute best! She is the most caring, considerate and talented individual! Always a pleasure to get treated by her! The luxe room is also extremely clean, aesthetic and convenient! Would highly recommended to anyone! read more

Kim was so kind & clear in her communication with this "newbie"! Brittani went above and beyond to help with a miscommunication regarding my gift card. I'll definitely be back without a gift card! Highly recommend! read more

I saw Sarah Z for some tox injections and she was amazing. She took the time to consult with me and answer any questions I had. The results are perfect and natural. Front desk was also amazing and the place is really clean and relaxing. Highly recommend! read more

I initially booked a consult with Gabriella. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She let me lead the consult with my questions and did not upsell or over recommend anything I did not ask about. No pressure at all! I ended up getting some dysport and filler. Her care and the placement of both injectables are top notch. The affect is so natural but when looking at before/after photos she shared with me - what a beautiful enhancement! Thank you so much for such a great experience read more

Ok I'm back for another review. After putting it off for long enough I decided to come back and get my first lip filler with nurse Dani. Oh my gosh, I'm so happy! I'll probably need a few treatments to reach my lip goal but I'm so thankful I found them. I did a full syringe. She added symmetry and balance to my upper lip. I'm not longer self conscious. I'll be seeing them for other services in the future. Thank you, Luxeroom! read more

Pretty phenomenal salon, i got lip filler and honestly the nurse i had was a bit short and and didn't truly value or cater to my care as much as i'd hoped as a customer. But otherwise this company is very nice, i love my lip filler and can't wait to get more. They're very reputable and active in instagram and gave me $20 off for using their app. I literally can't wait to return, wish they'd step up they're customer service tho, because a degree can only get you so far with the customer. read more

Okay, let me start by saying that everyone is incredibly welcoming, sweet, and accommodating. I was greeted by the nicest receptionists who made checkin seamless. My nurse injector, Lauren, is not only the most easiest person to talk to, but boy does she know the ins and outs of her field. I appreciate a person who has so much knowledge and skill about what they're doing especially when it comes to cosmetic injections. She made some suggestions after I addressed my concerns and I couldn't be happier with my results. I'm already looking forward to coming back even though I've had my fill (no pun intended) of needles for the next few months. To add, I've been to other medical spas and later found so many flaws in the service, "registered nurses," and prices. Don't make the same mistake as I did and cheat yourself out of what you want done perfectly. I will forever be a Luxe Room patient! read more

I have been getting Dysport for over a year and a half now and had my first appointment at The Luxe Room in mid December. Booking was easy, one of the women at the front desk was plenty helpful with a last minute question, and the esthetician I saw was friendly. I told the esthetician the exact number of units I had been getting for over a year with successful results and that I wanted to stick with that. She then recommended 20% more than that and, while I was a little hesitant, I agreed to give it a shot. Imagine my shock when, two weeks later, the results were borderline ineffective. I had much more range of movement than ever before with quite a few more units than I've ever gotten. And now not 6 weeks later, the Dysport appears to have almost fully worn off, where in the past, i could typically go three to four months between appointments. I won't theorize why this is the case, but I can say that I feel I've wasted my money and will definitely be going elsewhere for my next Dysport appointment. read more

My appointment was first changed to a later time and I still had to wait to be seen. Then I get to the back and I'm told that I don't need fillers. I've been doing this for 10 years. I know what my face needs. They completely made me feel awful there. read more

I went here for the first time for Botox. I've had it twice before and usually get 20 units for my forehead and 11s. The practitioner suggested I get more but I declined since in the past this has been plenty! Immediately after my session I had an upset stomach, which is very out of the norm for me. And the injections basically didn't work at all, and I paid about $250 for the session. When I brought this up to the practitioner they said it was unlikely my stomach was upset from the injections but I don't buy that. They offered to make it right but I'm not interested after the side effects and the Botox not doing anything. Seems a little scary with the presence of fake Botox out there. Just a note of caution to those considering this place. read more

You must see Melissa at Luxe Room for lip filler!! I got one full syringe of Kysse and they look amazing. They look super natural and perfectly even. Exactly what I was looking for. I always had a full bottom lip but wanted more definition in my upper lip. These pics don't really do them justice. I'm obsessed with them and bf loves them too. :) thank you! read more

I also left a review on Google and felt compelled to leave a review here as well. I just turned 40 and was terrified to get injections. Although I'm IN LOVE with the look, I've ran into enough people to know that it doesn't always turn out right. I researched and researched and came across The Luxe Room. Their Instagram was extremely helpful at showing before and after and I could see that all the staff has gone through extensive training on the latest techniques and products. I made an appointment with Injector Danielle (Instagram - injector.danielle) and I am blown away! What she did to my lips is an art and their numbing cream was out of this world as I didn't feel a thing. I also got Dysport on my forehead, frown lines and crows feet. I feel like she enhanced my face and I still 'see me' when I look in the mirror; everything was done so naturally. As for the service, from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by pleasant front desk staff and offered water. I am already a forever customer just on this one experience and will definitely go back for future injections and to try their other skin services! read more

Service was ok. However did not like that they asked for gratuity, with medical treatments it seems very unprofessional to prompt for it.

I've been getting filler in my lips for the last 10 years going to different injectors in different states that I've lived in. Some filler had migrated or just wasn't sitting right anymore. Christina recommended dissolving to start fresh. I've had 1 apt where most filler was dissolved. Going back in two weeks for my checkup before getting refilled. So far so great! read more

The moment I walked into The Luxe Room, I loved everything about the front room, to the modern treatment rooms. Absolutely no wait time for running behind. The front desk was so kind and welcoming, and Nici took good care to explain everything with the series of the VI peel I purchased. I'm very pleased with my results, and briefly spoke to her about what I could do next. I've seen another esthetician for years, but I'm switching to The Luxe Room, as they are up on the latest and greatest. Everyone is very kind and helpful! You won't be disappointed! read more

I was passing through Denver on road trip recently and my skin was in bad shape! For reference, I am a couple of months shy of turning 40 and have had laser therapy on my rosacea and acne prone skin for over 5 years. It had been a while since my last treatment and I knew that laser genesis would help. I found The Luxe Room on Yelp, was easily able to book an appointment the same afternoon on their website and was seen by Nici. She was sweet, knowledgeable and too great care of me! Nici realized I also needed dermaplaning and took care of that for me as well. I had a wonderful experience here and when she followed up a few days later, I told her my skin couldn't be happier and looks 5 years younger! If I'm in Denver again in the future, I'll make sure to drop by The Luxe Room. read more

Google won't let me write another review, after I wrote one, so here I am. I had my lips done by Lauren today, and she did an amazing job all around. I'm super happy with my whole experience. I highly recommend The Luxe Room!! read more

Danielle at the luxe room is amazing. I went to her originally for microneedling to help resurface my larger pores and some dark spots on my skin. She instead recommended the lasemd treatment paired with the hydrafacial. After the first treatment I was skeptical.. but after the 2nd one.. holy cow does my skin look amazing. I swear I got so many compliments on how smooth my skin was. The recovery of the lasemd wasn't too terrible once I got a routine down of consistently keeping my skin moisturized. Also, Danielle emails you to ensure that you are recovering properly and she's available for any questions at any time. She always is running deals on her website if you want any other cosmetic procedures done. Shes really amazing and go see her! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! BEWARE of NEGLIGENCE and INCOMPETENCE!! Please read this whole review because this is a serious safety issue, and additionally, they could screw up your face! First, I went to Kazzandra to get microneedling and it went great. I went into my second treatment with flawless skin. I decided to add dermaplaning to my microneedling treatment this time. Kazzandra caused SCARRING on my face from the dermaplaning, then gave me the wrong after care for my microneedling which gave me serious acne that resulted in MORE SCARS. So she SCARRED BOTH of my cheeks! So Danielle, the OWNER of this business, tried to fix it personally. I appreciated this until I found out the truth of her LACK of SAFETY and NEGLIGENCE. I started a new medication, and I told her the name of it I asked her if it was safe to do the red light therapy while on this new medication. She had recommended doing red light to treatment for the scarring. She told me she would research it, and I trusted that she did her job and researched it like she said she did. She said she researched it, and that it should be fine. My face is all screwed up now to the point where friends have asked me what I've done because my face looks so different. I was confused as to what had happened to my face. I googled red light therapy and the name of my medication. Everything that popped up said specifically that the medication I am on is contraindicated, meaning, DO NOT DO RED LIGHT therapy if you're on the medication I am specifically on. The Cleveland Clinic specifically stated on their website that red light therapy should NOT be done when on my medication. And this was not a broad statement of medications, the name of my medication was specifically used on their site as one that should not be used with red light. The Cleveland Clinic is ranked one of the top hospitals in the US and is very reputable. I will post every single article I found on multiple sites that specifically state the name of my medication being a contraindication for red light therapy on here if needed if Danielle tries to dispute this. Danielle told my she would help with my scarring, was very kind and comforting, but guess what? She either has no idea how to even do a simple google search or is just plain negligent. I'm disgusted that I trusted the OWNER of her business to do her job and do it safely. I should have NEVER put my trust in Luxe Room because she and Kazzandra are completely incompetent. I should have looked it up myself, but I assumed since she's a registered nurse and the OWNER that I could trust her when she said she looked it up and said it was okay. I was really nice about the whole scarring thing and decided not to post a review of this place about the scarring because Danielle was so nice and really seemed like she could help me. Now that I found out she gave me treatments that were literally DANGEROUS for me to do when I'm taking this medication that I told her about, I'm posting this so hopefully nobody else will go here and put themselves at risk. I'm so angry, disgusted, and feel like such an idiot for trusting her. Honestly, for your safety and the safety of your skin DO NOT GO HERE. I can't stress to you enough how important it is to go to someone that knows what they are doing. I thought they did, and that was my mistake, because clearly they don't. read more
